The water that comes out the shower is yellow , rooms are old and have damage to them , some smell like old wet cloths , they do clean your room everyday , becareful when grabbing breakfast today I got a bagel that had mold on it , they are one of the most affordable places in town , they need to fix the lobby door u have to open it by hand and its a sliding door, been here for almost a month and they have not fixed it, hopefully they do it and inconvenience when your trying to unload your stuff , specially if your room is up stairs

The pipes were backed up so the toilets and shower was putting out brown water. When my team reported the issue and told the front desk person they did not want to stay there he didn't seemed shocked by it, When Expedia tried contacting this establishment the front desk person acted like nothing was wrong and completely lied to Expedia which meant I could not get a refund for 3 rooms where the conditions were not acceptable. Stay away from this place and think twice before booking with Expedia.

the person who checked me in was friendly and personable. I had left my credit card case after checking in and she was kind enough to call right away to let me know. the only criticisms were the automatic doors into the hotel were down so we had to open it manually. the elevators were also down and our room was on the second floor. the ice machine on our floor was out of order so we had to go to the bottom floor (see elevator comment). the room itself was very comfortable and the A/C was really cold, which we appreciated.

Inside was clean overall; staff was very friendly. Looks "down at the heels": lots of trash blowing around in the parking lot; run-down landscaping; front automatic doors did not work (seems to have been that way for awhile); ice machine out of order; most pitiful continental breakfast I've ever had (very few choices of food, and half of those were empty 45 minutes before closing time)
