It was nice and clean for the most part. I did not like that there was human and pet hairs in the room, and in the bedding as well. I appreciate that this facility allows pets but I think it is important to have a more thorough cleaning process to be sure that left over human/animal hairs are not an issue for subsequent guests.

When we arrived the room we reserved was not available, so we spent the first night in a different room and had to move to our room the next morning. They were gracious to us, but it was still not perfect.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. I did find it a little odd that there isn't an ice machine available. When we were coming and going the lobby sorta smelled like an old mop was used. Very close to a Publix and several different restaurants.

This hotel was a newer clean hotel. I thinj the check in process compared to others is a bit long but not horrible. The room was nice, the 2 queens are lifted and becuase the floors are vinyl they move a little. Our room was on bottom floor with lights from parking shinning in. Blinds worked fine but maybe additional light blocking. Staff was very helpful. No lobby or breakfast at this site exept small seating area

There was no hot water for taking a shower. It was lukewarm at best. No ice machines. The vending machines had no water in them. The tv remote.only worked if I sat at.the edge of the bed. Maintenance took over 3 hours to come up and check the tv only after i came down and asked what was taking so long.

I did not like the pillows. They were hard and a little lumpy. My toilet stopped at 11:00 pm. They responded quickly and with good spirit. I appreciated that very much!

Bed moved on wooden floor every time you got on it, thin walls, no pool or breakfast plus they still haven't returned my wife's $50 deposit... Maybe this hotel would be okay for business men but it's definitely not for a couple or a family!

The overall stay was fine. The mattress was very comfortable but the bed was extremely noisy! The frame of the bed was terrible! Every time someone rolled over, the bed frame wiggled loudly! The coffee was not very good but better coffee was within short driving distance.
