Weekend with family.

The house was very clean when we arrived. The plunge pool was ideal for evening wind downs. The view from the back porch and balcony was beautiful and relaxing. Being a prideful gated community, gave the extra trust. Would very much like to come back

Gorgeous, relaxing spot in luxury waterfront area!Beautiful view of goose island state park and the bridge to Fulton and Rockport. Check in and check out smooth. Contacted property manager for a pool question and she was so attentive. The house is quiet and the beds were ok- Mattresses are firmer. Kitchen could use a few larger fry pans and outdoor grill needs cleaning. Loved the drive into the property and saw so many deer!Great property!Oh and the property pool and boardwalk were wonderful too.

Bayside Escape is a MUST Stay!

Talk about a morning water view! bring your sunblock, sunglasses and fishing gear because this house offers something for the whole Family! a Family of 8 (children and grandchildren) created long lasting memories. The house has plenty of elbow room and the floorplan is well put together, if you plan on cooking for a big Family, I suggest bringing your own utensils as there is currently only the bare minimum.

Disappointing

Loved having the family all together! This was our 5th vacation in The Reserve. All of the homes we have stayed in have wonderfully stocked kitchens, however this one does not. We had to purchase many things, including a salad bowl as there was not one bowl, except cereal bowls. We also had to purchase a set of wine glasses, as there were only cheap plastic ones. There are only 2 small teflon frying pans. The beds were brick hard, so had to buy mattress pads. The outdoor grill was dirty and only had one grade to grill on. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom bangs loud, even on low speed. Other than all of this, we loved the view and the plunge pool. For the price per night, I feel these items should have been addressed beforehand.
