Fun place for a family with different age kids. Plenty of parking and a large dumpster. Pool is very nice/clean and hot tub was working great. Kitchen is very well stocked and plenty of tables for eating and games. Shuffle board and putting green were fun extras.

Your house was the perfect retreat for our big family! We enjoyed the backyard very much, sitting in the hot tub even while it rained and was cold.

The place generally met our needs and had a great outdoor space with the pool and access to the bay. The indoor space was very roomy and had a good flow with many beds! The kitchen had a few challenges that weren't addressed upon reporting but we worked around it and made the best of the weekend! The kitchen sink and plumbing needs help.

This home was large enough to fit our large family comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some extras. The pool/hot tub were clean and in working order. The grill was out of propane, so our planned barbecued rib dinner had to be baked in the ovens. It rained everyday of our trip, so we spent more time at the house fishing and playing games. Loved that all bedrooms are on the main floor, and only the kids bunk room was upstairs. Perfect for older worn out knees. The shuffle board table was the site of a super competitive tournament!! Would definitely book this house again in the future!

This house is definitely beautiful but not worth the money. We had our family vacay here and had too many problems. There was an issue with the AC unit and two of the rooms were too hot. Vacasa was made aware. They bought fans for us to use but it wasn’t enough. No one was able to sleep in those rooms. We closed off both rooms to keep the rest of the house cool enough. AC man came over and said the repair was a huge project and not an easy fix. We also looked forward to the night fishing but underwater lighting system like advertised was not working. All of the underwater wiring was unsafely left on the deck. We had several children on this trip and they couldn’t play in the grass in the back yard because of a water leak. The back door to one of the bedrooms doesn’t close. One of our kids cut their foot on a broken tile. The pots and pans were mostly old hand me downs. This is just part of the list of problems. It’s staged to be a very beautiful vacation home but the truth is that it does not meet the standards of what is advertised. Honestly feels like a ripe off. Owner made aware and have yet to get a response. Sage is a local representative for Vacasa. She was extremely caring and tried to be helpful but all of the problems we out of her control. She was felt bad of all the problems and was so apologetic. According to Sage this home is a new rental and we were the first visitors. This home needs a lot of work before it gets rented again. I hope to hear from Vacasa about these issues and concerns.

We enjoyed this property given it's size and many accommodations, perfect for our age group of grandkids. The back yard, and the pool were great! Fishing off the peer at night with live shrimp, caught some fish! We always enjoy our shopping trips to Rockport and drives down Fulton Beach road! The guide fishing was great as well. We will be back again.........................

This house was the perfect place for our gathering of 22 women in the family! Tons of space! Clean, pretty, modern decorating. A very well appointed kitchen with everything we needed. The backyard is amazing! LOVED hanging out at our own pool, or having morning coffee at the end of the long dock. The only thing it didn't deliver as described was the hot tub; we couldn't get it to heat up, even when a staff member came in person to help us. Would 100% recommend!

This place is absolutely beautiful. There was plenty of room. Great location. Loved the fishing pier. Only two suggestions. We had a large group so a crockpot would have been a nice addition to the kitchen. And a tv for each bedroom would have been nice. The ants outside got into our cars but there wasn’t an issue with them in the house. The daily rain may have been the reason the ants did that. Either way we would definitely stay here again and we enjoyed our trip. The Master bedroom bathroom is absolutely amazing to get your makeup etc done. If you’re in doubt, just book it. It’s beautiful

Beautiful property... has it all ... swimming, fishing, games. Just disappointed in outdoor lights: not enough overhead lighting, the landscape lighting doesn't provide enough outdoor lighting .. plus pool cabana lights quit working. And fireants and sugar ants annoying. And left side of house was way too warm ... couldn't get to cool off even at night.

The Accomodations were outstanding. This house has everything you need to be able to entertain, enjoy family and relax. It was great to have a fantastic pool that overlooks the bay. We spent time fishing from the private pier and caught several trout. The house is quiet and you feel safe and secluded yet you are close to restaurants and the beach. This place had room for our family and was very comfortable. The putting greens provided fun for the kids and the adults and the shuffleboard was a hit! I will book this location again!
