We love, love, love the Sailhouse Community! Have stayed several times there in two different houses. All of our stays have been relaxing and enjoyable. It is a peaceful and quiet community, which is why we like it!

Rockport Condo with lot's of amenities

We really enjoyed the condo. It was directly across from the pool and walking to the pier was great fun. Fishing too! and the little beach for a cocktail in the evening can't be beat!

Family Vacation 2023

Booked last minute a short trip to visit our family on the coast. It’s a beautiful little spot, our kids really enjoyed the pool and the fishing pier. Would have loved to have our family over for dinner, but with it being an HOA rules are strict to people coming. You’re only 25 minute drive to Port A beach and 10 minutes to Rockport beach. Nice area close enough to everything with still peace away from the busy spots.

Summerhouse Stay

Location and vibe of the community is absolutely amazing. This was a great value and we definitely enjoyed the stay. Some of the highlights of this place were the private pier, beautiful little tropical community, and proximity to Fulton Beach rd. The neighbors were great, I don’t know why they were mentioned as a negative in the past but as long as you follow the booking rules then no problem. As far as anything negative, I would probably say it would be nice to have a bbq grill available. Many of the other homes had one on their patio, but not at this one. Unfortunately there is not one at the common pool either. Still overall I definitely recommend this place and get it 5/5 Stars!!

Great Stay at Summerhouse

We stayed at Summerhouse in Rockport for a month and had a great experience. The house was clean, comfortable, and well set up for an extended stay. Being right by the pool was a big plus, easy access and a great way to cool off. We spent a lot of time on the private pier, enjoying the peaceful views and beautiful sunrises. The small yard was perfect for our little dog, and the quiet location made it easy to relax. Loved proximity to Rockport Beach and Fulton Pier (both within 10-15 minutes driving). Thank you for a lovely and welcoming stay!

Much needed vacation

The host was quick in responding. The house is beautiful. Neighborhood is quiet which was exactly what I was looking forward to. We enjoyed the pool right outside our door. We loved sitting by the pier at the private beach. We cooked a couple of meals and the kitchen had everything we need. Would definitely stay where again.

Calm coastal waters

Sailhouse is a beautiful neighborhood of crisp clean homes on carefully maintained property embellished with shrubs and flowers in every color. A walk out to the peer is perfect for reflection. Time with family is always precious. I did feel that the “beach” was not what I expected. Finding the pool right out our door was a welcome treat. Our stay was more than enjoyable.

Cute and comfy condo with everything you need

This condo was really cute and had everything we needed during our stay. Clean, spacious, quiet, and comfy! Parking was kinda tight as we have a larger truck. My kids enjoyed being able to use the private pier for fishing (be sure to bring a wagon.. it’s a long walk to carry things to the end of the pier). Pool was great too.

Clean, Cool and Comfy

This is our 5th year staying in the Sailhouse Community. But 1st time in Summerhouse. I don’t think any of the rentals there are a bad deal. The neighborhood is the draw. In our experience it is always quiet, and not crowded. Summerhouse is right in front of the pool but you cannot hear people unless you are outside. The front porch was a nice place to hang out and having a little side yard to play ball with our poodle was a bonus. An overall pleasant stay.
