“The beds were thin and very hard. We had a hard time sleeping. Let’s were allowed and the walls were thin, we heard dogs barking in the rooms next to us all night and day. The hot tub continually broke down. Our elderly friends who needed a handicapped accessible room and made that clear upon booking were put in a regular room for one night with no compensation and could not move them til the next day. And they had to check out of the room they were in by 11 am and couldn’t get into the handicap……

“I booked a King Room handicap accessable 2 months ago. When we arrived at the property, I was told that the only room that was available 2 Queens no. Handicap accessable because they had booked 2 accommodations for 2 wedding parties and there was nothing they could do for me. I made my displeasure known and was then asked to park behind the building to allow for more wedding party parking. I tried calling Mariott and they said that nothing could be done for me because I booked through Expedia……

“After checking in and going to the room we noticed the TV was not in working order. When we called the desk we were told “oh yea.. so… there is an issue with the TV service in almost all rooms and nothing I can do to help you” we were told to speak to the manager in the morning to get what we were promised a $25 credit to be told they could not.
Buyer beware !! We should have been told this prior to even giving my card to complete the process”
