  • OCEANVIEW Waves - Island Pines Dr. - Formerly Playa-N-Waves - Located only 4 lots from the ocean, this thoughtfully designed home has three separate entertainment areas, including a game room with 7' pool table and wet bar with refrigerator, a den with sofa bed, and a great room with large screen TV/DVD with surround sound and ocean views. Exit the first floor game room and step down to the deck with private swimming pool and a bubbly 6 person hot tub. Enjoy wraparound sundeck and shaded deck for reading.
