“My son and I stayed at this property twice for about 5 nights. I was super impressed. There were mostly two men who ran the front desk and they were both amazing!! They helped us in many little ways. For example the day we were to fly home one of them arranged for me to see a doctor on short notice to check an injury from our hiking in southern Peru. This hotel is lucky to have such amazing staff. Resort also super clean and all staff are friendly!!! Eric Bennett”

“Good location and attractive property. Very accommodating for our early arrival in terms of allowing us to swap the day we ate their breakfast. We were left standing outside 10-15 minutes at 5:30 am which was worrying, but we were given somewhere to sit until breakfast started. ”

“Very helpful staff, they helped me to do printing of ticket, to order taxi and to talk a bus company who didn't send me email of purchased ticket. Room is spacious and very clean. Breakfast at terrace was really nice. Though you have to walk for 10 mins to plaza de arms, it was worth walking coz for the price and peaceful atmosphere of the place. Highly recommend!”
