「Fue una excelente opción al ser mi primera vez en Arequipa. Fui por negocios así que no pude aprovechar al máximo la ciudad. El hotel esta muy cercano al aeropuerto, la habitación es muy amplia y muy cómoda. El desayuno es muy variado y muy bueno.」

「This place is so good, we left for a 3 hour drive to our next destination, and didn’t like it - so we came back the same day! Comfortable rooms, excellent food, nice garden and jacuzzi, and it’s about a 15 minute walk from the old city centre. 」

「Super hôtel à Arequipa! Le cadre est top, un havre de paix autour de la piscine à 5min à pied de la plaza de armas. Petit dej copieux et bon, repas du midi sympa et varié. L’hôtel propose des excursions aux tops (réservation 24h avant), massage possible sur place aussi + activités tous les soirs. L’ambiance est calme tout de même, la chambre spacieuse et confortable. Nous n’avons pas eu froid (les couettes sont chaudes). Laverie à 1min à pied avec lavage en 1h express. Je recommande 」

「L'hôtel est juste parfait! Le bâtiment est magnifique, Les chambres sont très confortables et d architectures coloniales. La literie est de très bonne qualité, les draps sont très doux! Nous n avons pas eu froid du tout. Le petit déjeuner est très bon (salade de fruits, oeufs, fromage, tomates, avocat, pain, beurre et confiture, tisanes, feuilles de coca et café). Il est très bien placé, proche du centre et du couvent de la recoleta. Bref, que du positif, nous ne pouvons que le recommander !」

「Very helpful staff, they helped me to do printing of ticket, to order taxi and to talk a bus company who didn't send me email of purchased ticket. Room is spacious and very clean. Breakfast at terrace was really nice. Though you have to walk for 10 mins to plaza de arms, it was worth walking coz for the price and peaceful atmosphere of the place. Highly recommend!」

「Me encantó la estadía en el hotel, no solamente lo limpio y lo como de las habitaciones, pero Reynaldo fue muy amable me ayudó a comprar mi pasaje de regreso a Lima y me explicó la historia de cómo reconstruyó la casa de su abuelita y como la convirtió a un hotel siendo la casa de su abuelita Irma y por eso se llama así.
