Staff was rude. Not helpful. Didn’t follow up on requests. Check in took half an hour at the counter only to get a bad view room. I had a terrible view. Both windows looking straight at blue plastic covered scaffolding. Room 1008.

The bed in our room was sunken in on one side where it seems most people sleep. The lighting in the hotel was dim, probably for a vibe but it made it hard to see things. There’s no ice machine and after walking around the city, having ice for cold drinks would be nice. The staff was friendly and the place had a cool ambiance. It was close to the subway so getting around was easy. They do have a water station and two adjoining restaurants, which helped when we didn’t want to figure out where to do for food.

The location of the hotel is excellent only about 5 minutes from Times Square. The room was basic but clean. Spacious enough for 3 of us. There weren’t enough plug sockets that would hold a travel adapter plug so that was a problem. The AC unit was so loud I had to turn it off at night as I couldn’t sleep. We had a nice stay.
