「Reception was very helpful. I like the free mini bar in the room. The breakfast was great and has many choice. Just only the staff was a bit rude when we were ordering the breakfast. The hotel location is excellent as it’s just next to the train and tube stations. 」

Since I arrived quite early, they provided a convenient place for me to freshen up, which was really thoughtful and helpful.
