This elegant loft of about 50 square meters is located on the ground floor and is designed to accommodate up to 4 people. The rooms are furnished with modern materials and enhanced by a pleasant combination of marble and parquet floors, which gives the house a sophisticated and welcoming style at the same time.
The entrance leads to the bright living area, consisting of a comfortable living room with kitchenette, dining table for four people and a practical sofa that, if necessary, transforms into a comfortable double sofa bed, offering additional space and flexibility for the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook independently, including induction cookers, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, toaster, and basic kitchen kit.
Also on the ground floor is the spacious and functional private bathroom, complete with toilet, bidet, shower, sink, mirror, hairdryer and courtesy set, designed to ensure maximum comfort throughout your stay.
Continuing on, you access the double bedroom, a private and relaxing environment furnished with a double bed, bedside tables with bedside lamps and hot/cold split air conditioning, ideal for ensuring well-being and tranquility in every season.
