We had the best time at Francesca’s property! Everything at the property was perfect and as describe. Beautiful Spacious and Clean

We were incredibly blessed to be able to stay in this very spacious apartment with the 8 members of our family. The location is very convenient allowing everyone to go in the direction that they wanted to go. The check in process was very easy and the property manager was incredibly helpful with transportation to the airport and from the train station. Great Stay

We had a great stay in Rome with our group of 10. The house worked perfectly for our 6 adults and 4 kids. Would have liked to rate the overall as 4.5, only minor complaint was the bigger beds had VERY firm mattresses. After long days in the heat and lots of walking, the beds were a bit rough on the hips and back. Overall though, location was away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to be to the action by bus in under 10 minutes. Owners were great helping us set up transportation from the airport and to the train station. Again, was a great stay!

Amazing location with a short walk to the Vatican. The neighborhood had grocery store, cafe and breakfast spot. The host met us at the location and showed us what we needed to know about the property. She also coordinated our transportation to and from the airport. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great stay for groups!

We loved staying here. We were a group of 9 people and had plenty of space for everyone. The flat had everything you’d need. It helped a lot having digital keys, as we weren’t always together. It is also very close to the Vatican, has shops close by and a bus station right downstairs. The communication with the host was seamless!
