We are a family of 5 who stayed in the entire apartment. It is set up with 4 individual rooms with lock/key and a shared common area for the kitchen & dining area. One bedroom has a private bath, the other 3 share 2 common bathrooms. The showers were VERY small and awkward. Comfortably decorated and had all the basic amenities you need (Fully equipped kitchen, Coffee/Cappachino machine, washer, WIFI, sheets/towels). A light breakfast was provided in kitchen with cereal, bread, yogurt, milk & Juice. There was a dining room, but no common living room. All bedrooms were equipped with TV & A/C. The caretaker met us when we arrived and showed us around. It was 4 blocks to the Cipro Metro Station but the neighborhood was a bit dicey. We felt safe in the apartment, but did not venture out into the neighborhood other then walking to the Metro to get to other areas of Rome.
