Close to so many sites!

Very easy check in and Luca helped us arrange rides which diminished our stress a lot and allowed us to see as much as we could in our short time in Roma. I would stay here again.

Stunning apartment in our favourite part of Rome!

Location is amazing, great communication from Luca and Lorenzo. This is a spacious apartment in via Margutta, the art area of Rome. Close to everything, there was a market on for four days when we were there. There are steps in the apartment down to the bathroom, great kitchen and lovely courtyard. Perfect stay for us, thank you.

Lediglich die Lage ist perfekt. Alles andere lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das Einchecken war schwierig, denn obwohl wir dem Vermieter die Ankunftszeit genannt hatten, musste der Pförtner (spricht nur italienisch) erst nachfragen. Aber wir durften dann unsere Koffer schon vor der Check-in- Zeit schon ins Appartement stellen. Die Unterkunft war oberflächlich sauber, die Deko-Artikel verstaubt, der Wasserkocher total verkalkt und die kleine Terrasse war ungepflegt. Alles wirkte schon sehr abgewohnt und wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt. Es gab weder ein Geschirrspülmittel, noch ein Geschirrtuch und kein heißes Wasser in der Küche. Zum Bad muss man über eine schmale verwinkelte steile Treppe ohne Geländer in den Keller. Der WC-Sitz hatte einen Sprung und die Armatur am Waschbecken ist so wackelig angebracht, dass man diese mit einer Hand festhalten muss, um sie mit der anderen zu öffnen. Das Appartement ist von der darüberliegenden Wohnung, in die eine Wendeltreppe führt, von dieser nur mit Holzbrettern abgetrennt. Dementsprechend hätten wir jede Unterhaltung verstanden, wenn wir italienisch sprechen würden. Auch sonst war die Wohnung sehr hellhörig. Wenn jemand das Treppenhaus betritt, hat man das Gefühl, dass er bereits neben dem Bett steht.
