Great Location is the reason to stay here

This is in a really good neighborhood and a really good location that is convenient for both walking and public transit.We had six people, this place is a little small for six adults. Problem with the boiler (water hot and cold back and forth every minute or so), AC only in main room.Not a perfect place to stay, but we fit and it was a good location. We had a great time in Rome.

Great location and spacious very poorly maintained property

Toilet in upstairs bathroom did not flush, no lights in that bathroom or bedroom working, ceiling too low for someone over 4 feet tall. Lighting in living dining room not working. Mixer tap in main shower not working scalding hot or ice cold, water system took 5-10 mins to heat up, washing machine door faulty. Repairs around bath and sinks very poor quality. I could go on furniture tired and uncomfortable.

Die Lage ist hervorragend und ruhig , aber die Beschreibung entsprach nicht der Wahrheit . Der Balkon war ungepflegt , keine Stühle , die Wohnung war dunkel , es gab nur kaltes Wasser und der obere Bereich war so niedrig , dass er für Kinder geeignet war
