The apartment was great for a couple, very clean, quiet and the Location was perfect. Lots of restaurants in the area and the main sites are in walking distance. Elena was very responsive and great to communicate with. We would not hesitate to book again.

Elena was amazing. She was very easy to connect with during our stay. Her little home was perfect. It sits in the middle of the town which at first worried me because of the amount of people however I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was. Very modern, well stocked and clean.

We had a pleasure to spend 3 nights at Bea flat in Trasetevere. Location is very good, most of the important historical site are at walking distance, in average 20 to 30 min away from Vatican, Fontana Trevi, etc. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Flat is clean, newly renovated and the host responds quickly to all questions. She helped us booking taxi and gave us suggestions about restaurants. Building is located in the old area, which gives lots of charm and character.

This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a local, lively cultural experience. Lots of wonderful places to eat and to get coffee literally within steps of the front door. The owner is very helpful, responsive, and kind. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location!!

The location of this apartment was great, walking distance to countless restaurants and shops. We are very active and found that we could walk to all the major sights we wanted to see. We found the neighborhood to be upbeat and friendly. The apartment was clean and the property manager was very responsive and accommodating. We would stay here again!

Trastevere at its Best!

The apartment we had booked with this host needed a minor repair from a previous guest, so they put us in another around the corner. It's in Trastevere, which is my favorite neighborhood in Roma, but it was still quiet in peak tourism times! Right on the Ponte Sisto, easy to access all of the center, and the host was so kind and helpful. We stayed here our first nights before touring more of Italy, and we should've stayed here again before flying out as well! Loved it.

Great location

Bea is a basic single bedroom apartment with a separate kitchen and bathroom. It has limited window area and is quite dark but is soundproofed from the lively street noise. Some confusion occured in our case from the way it was listed over access to a terrace. It does not have access. It's major advantage is the location. It is certainly special in Rome, offering much local colour and easy access over the Ponte Sisto to many of the city's sites.

Bel appartement confortable et bien équipé. Quartier Trastavere apprécié pour sa convivialité et à proximité de plusieurs restaurants - bar terrasses. This flat served as the perfect place for us to finish our twentieth wedding anniversary celebration. Elena met us on time and provided great tips for enjoying the neighborhood. The nightlife on the Piazza was an unexpected plus as locals and tourists alike gathered to rest, drink, and sing. We'll be back!

Life (nearly) in the exact center

Beautiful Apartment in a wonderful area. Elena was extremely helpful and made a huge difference to our stay. In walking distance from Vatican and Forum Roma. On every corner a new Bar or Restaurant, and thanks to the Climate System and Sound proof Windows, great nights sleep a few feet away from the Party. The only reason not to recommend this flat, someone else might book it when I want to have it again!

Wonderful apartment in amongst the lively area of Trastevere, well set out, clean and presented tastefully! Loved the feeling of living with the locals as soon as you step out the door, very quiet once inside with the double glazed windows behind the shutters! This flat was in a wonderful location in Rome!! Recently remodeled so everything is fairly new. Elena was extremely helpful with directions and food suggestions, very friendly and kind! Everything was very walkable from here and easy to find your way back. The street can be a bit busy and loud but they have great windows that block out noise. The stairs leading up to the flat are narrow and uneven so just watch your step. A bit of a long climb after walking all day. There are a ton of trattoria's near by and a great café with wonderful pastries and espresso. Would stay here again!!!

This property was so perfect! We are beyond happy we stayed here and are definitely staying again next time we travel back to Rome! First of all, Elena was so friendly and helpful- she answered any questions we had and had a map for us to easily find our way around. She even helped us arrange a driver from the airport to the flat. The flat was very clean and everything we had hoped for. The AC in the bedroom was very nice considering it was so hot outside during our trip. Plenty of towels, dishes, sheets, etc. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The area the flat is located at is called Travestere- and we just fel in love with the area. So many amazing restaurants to choose from, great little pubs for a drink, a plaza to watch live entertainment or relax, and righty by the river! We were also in walking distance of all the major sites we wanted to see (we never took a cab)-- however, there are plenty of cabs on the Main Street in front of the plaza if you don't want to walk.

Superbly placed for restaurants/bars in Trastevere and access into Rome centre

We stayed for a week in this recently re-fitted apartment. Very clean, modern and chic with pieces of antique furniture which adds to the charm. Elena looked after us very well and was at hand should we have needed anything. We come to Rome at least once a year and always stay in Trastevere which always buzzes and comes to life at night. The apartment is next to Ponte Sisto, ideal for public transport or walking into centre of Rome, usually there were talented buskers or an organised concert in the evening in Piazza Trilussa, in fact, we sat on the steps a few times to be entertained, so can be a bit loud, but with the windows of the appartment closed you can't hear a thing. Very peaceful for sleeping. If you want to be in the heart of the action and convenient for the sights I would recommend this flat. Three flights of stairs to reach it, I was so much fitter after staying here a week. No complaints. Thank you Elena, your accommodation was very comfortable and location suited us perfectly.
