This was such a fun place to stay. The layout was perfect for our family of four- with two teenagers, it was great that they had their own dedicated space. It was also in a perfect location- walkable to many sites and close to public transport. Would definitely recommend as a perfect place for a family to stay while in Rome.

We stayed at Altieri Loft Pantheon from 23–25 August and had a fantastic time. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Rome, within walking distance of all the major attractions. The building itself is one of a kind, full of character, and a truly great place to stay. Air conditioning was a welcome bonus in the summer heat. Communication from start to finish was excellent, 5 stars all round. I even left something behind after checkout, and they sorted it out straight away without any hassle. Nothing but compliments for this place. Highly recommend!

The property was exactly as advertised and it was the perfect apartment for our stay. The location was close to the attractions so easy to walk to everything or a short taxi back when we were too hot. It was so hot in Rome that we could easily go back to the room a couple times during the day to rest or change. The laundry was much welcomed too!

Centrally located making major attractions easily accessible for our family including two small children. Our only issue was the air conditioning that appeared to go out the last evening of our stay. Otherwise, we would stay at this location again.

不滿：聯絡溝通
Booked for 3 nights. 11pm first night before going to sleep, gas alarm goes off. Called the host, no answer, emailed like the manual instructed to and didn’t get response until around noon the next day. Evacuated apt, sat outside and alarm stopped about 20 minutes later. Afterwards, now I didn’t know what type of gas was leaked if any. Was it carbon monoxide, which is odorless, or something else, or false alarm. Do we call emergency responders? Had terrible night kept waking up inspecting apt for gas leak. Activities for next day were obviously missed. Left somewhere else the next day. Went back and forth with host and will not refund anything.

The location of the apartment is stellar and it is very clean. The beds are a little firm for my liking, the stars are a bit steep and getting the apartment to cool down with the aged AC units was difficult. Overall decent stay.

The management company went out of their way to meet me early on my check-in day and also were very responsive. I was grateful for that. The space is beautiful with a blend of modern updated amenities in original architecture. The building is fascinating. Location is central and an easy walk to most of the tourist destinations we wanted to visit. I would love to rent this space in the fall, spring, or winter and feel that it would be very enjoyable. Summer is hot! The air conditioning systems is confusing and does not cool the space. We were pretty hot for most of our stay. There are a lot of signs in the space with a lot of rules. I can't imagine how hard it must be to manage a tourist-based rental so I know the rules must be based on past bad experiences, but it made relaxation in the space difficult. We were very concerned we would accidently violate one of the rules.
