Amazing Via Parigi 3

Superb newly renovated apartment, quiet and very bright! Large spaces for 4 people, large covered terrace, 24h concierge service, paid parking available in the building. 2 Smart TVs, full kitchen and living room with dining table.
2 steps from Piazza della Repubblica and 8 minutes walk from Termini, perfectly connected by Metro, Bus and Taxi.

The fantastic view of the National Roman Museum and the Church of Santa Maria degli Angeli e dei Martiri from the 16th century is a plus not to be missed!

Upon request, we can organize a transfer from/to the airport or station with our limousine service, Viano Mercedes and our trusted drivers.


Arrivals after 20:00 require an extra payment of EUR 30, while after 00:00 the cost will be EUR 60.

The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out.


City tax is not included in the reservation and it will be due upon arrival. The amount is of 6 EUR per person per day.


For reservations longer than 3 nights, a mid-stay cleaning with change of linen and towels will be charged. For reservations of 6 nights or more, two mid-stay cleanings per week will be charged, one with a change of linen and towels and one without.

Perfect location

The property is very roomy and luxurious. We were met at the door and taken to the apartment by a very kind gentleman. He gave us the lay of the land and answered any questions. We always had immediate response to any questions when we needed assistance. Located close to the Trevi fountain and Spanish steps and also right next door to the St Regis Hotel for a VERY lovely dinner and drinks. We walked EVERYWHERE- 25,000-30,000 steps a day. You can get everywhere on foot - all the luxury shopping and fun little streets you get it all. The balcony was an extra perk with a very cool view. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
