Apartment house "Aurelia", 4 storeys. In the district of Aurelio, 7 km from the centre of Rome. Public car park at 150 m, public parking on the road. Grocery 20 m, supermarket 150 m, restaurant, bar 30 m, bus stop 50 m, underground station "Cornelia linea A" 1 km. Bus number 246, 247 and J5 run quickly to nearest underground station. St Peter Square is 3 km away or 4-5 underground stops, Piazza di Spagna, Trevi fountain are approx 7 km away or 8 undergound stops. Car hire 20 m.
3-room apartment 90 m2, on the upper ground floor. Spacious, partly renovated in 2020, practical furnishings: large entrance hall. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, digital TV and flat screen. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds and 1 sofabed. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, microwave, freezer). 2 showers/bidet/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Facilities: washing machine, safe, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. The beds in the double room can be separated if requested in advance. Check in after 21.00h extra 50 euro. Simple, clean, and very economical
We had no real problems with the property. We stayed here when the weather was very hot, and there is no air conditioning in the apartment. We would definitely stay here again during a time of year when the weather was more mild. The location is good, with a bar (cafe) right outside and a bus stop right there. It's on the first floor, so there are no stairs to climb or elevators to take. The 24-hour grocery store is nearby. The bathrooms are modern and everything in the apartment functioned well.
