So perfect for us, good find

This place was wonderful since owner was very available and gave GREAT instructions on checking in including a video! Cool old fashioned but very quiet elevator if needed. We tried it once for fun but only one flight of stairs. In common area there’s a great espresso machine and tea and sugar available. Also clean extra dishes and utensils were available. Nice towels, and great restaurant just across the street! Close for walking to things we wanted to see and do.

Tive uma ótima experiência na hospedagem no Ariana, já iniciando com a presteza e acolhimento do anfitrião, que antes da minha chegada enviou todo orientação necessária para chegar e localizar o endereço, além de responder prontamente todas as nossas necessidades. Apartamento bem limpo, com bom espaço para três pessoas, com ar-condicionado e frigobar. Banheiro com um ótimo chuveiro com água quente. Camas confortáveis. Localização boa, com restaurantes, supermercafo e transporte público próximos. Dá para ir à vários pontos turísticos à pé. Recomendo a estadia para família ou amigos que vão à Roma.

Pas une chambre luxury

Chambre et salle de bain pas très grande. Nous avions une armoire ,une table et deux chaises pliantes ainsi qu’un frigo. J’aurais aimé un porte bagage et un micro-onde. Nous étions à 15 minutes d’un métro et 5 minutes d’un bus. Propreté et confort moyen. Je ne pense pas y retourné.

Rome's Hidden Gem

Nice, quiet and secure location within reasonable walking distance to most major Roman spots. Comfortable room with the main essential - a fridge - present. Great, friendly hosts - Ariana and Armando - who left us to our own devices but were within easy communication. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I stayed at this Hotel 2 nights, Good city hotel. Rooms were comfortable. What made the stay good was the hotel owner. They was very friendly, kind and helpful. They did their best to help me with explained directions to the best places and answering all my questions in a very professional and pleasant way. I have no issues with returning to this hotel.

Four days at Ariana's guesthouse

The staff at the guesthouse were super helpful and gave good information about the area as well as different tips. They were also constantly available if there were any questions. The location was good, the Villa Borghese was one of the few large parks in Rome and it was right next to the guesthouse. It was possible to walk to basically all of the locations in Rome from the guesthouse (termini, colosseum, Pantheon etc.) Everything worked as it should. The street outside was little bit loud at night, but we got the feeling that this is the case no matter where you stay in Rome.

Ariana was so warm and friendly! They gave us great tips and advice. The room was so clean and we loved the table and chair set in the room. A big thing was the bed-- so comfortable! Perhaps one of our favorite things about staying here was going and visiting them during the day at Bar Trevi! We will definitely stay here again when coming back to Rome.

Замечательное отношие владельцев! Отзывчивые и всегда готовы помочь! Номер чистый и приятный. Несколько чистых полотенец для каждого, шампунь, лосьон, что очень удобно. Расположение тоже порадовало, все в пешей доступности. Если бы не три абсолютно бессонные ночи, мы бы с удовольствием вернулись именно сюда в нашу следующую поездку. Ужасная слышимость, двери в апартаменты закрываются очень громко, жильцы из соседних комнат всю ночь сновали туда - сюда, никто абсолютно не пытается соблюдать тишину) уборка начиналась в половину восьмого, что тоже лишало возможности выспаться. Плюс шум с улицы, неудобные кровати и жёсткие подушки. Если путешествуешь один, может это и не такая уж проблема, но для нас это было важно,так как искали тихие апартаменты. За отношение отдельное спасибо!

J'avais réservé une chambre pour mes parents. Ils ont été ravis. Ils ont très bien.dormis, chambre très propre. L'immeuble est sympa. Super accueil, de bon conseils. Beaucoup d'attention. C'était l'anniversaire de mon père et le dernier soir Adriana avait laissé une bouteille et des petits gateaux dans la chambre. Vraiment exceptionnel. A recommander sans hésiter
