Nice apartment and helpful folks

Last two days in Italy. Enjoyed the air-conditioning and plenty of room for a family of four. Two full baths were very nice. It was easy to get an Uber and a short ride to all the amazing sights.

Beautiful Modern Apartment

Beautiful place, extremely comfortable for 4 people. Sadly it was during an excessive heat wave and we could only use the lovely terrace during early morning or late evening.The washing machine was a bit confusing for us as it had no words that could be translated, using only symbols which made no sense to any of us but gave us a few laughs while trying to figure it out. Instructions for use would be helpful.Great check-in process, very thorough. Close to Vatican City, with fantastic small local restaurants. Relaxing end to our month long visit to Italy.

Great Stay

Property was clean. The manager was very responsive. While the location little away, it was still easy to catch a bus or a cab. Recommend this place to any family for a stay in Rome

Nice Neighborhood

Wonderful neighborhood away from the tourist crowds. We got a feel for what living in Italy might be like. Great restaurants and coffee nearby. We suggest Tagliatella Roma for lunch or dinner.

Great apt. just outside busy center of Rome

We loved the location! Close enough to get to sites in downtown Rome using the subway, but much needed quiet on our return. The outside space was the best. Sunrise and sunsets were beautiful!

August in Rom

Rom war auf Grund des bevorstehenden Heiligen Jahres eine einzige Baustelle, sogar die U-Bahn fuhr nicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Küche könnte besser mit Geschirr und Besteck ausgestattet werden.

Great Apartment

Nice apartment with great amenities including air conditioning that worked well. Easy walk to metro train station. A bit removed from the center of Rome but an easy commute on the train. Highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans l’appartement situé près de la station de métro Cornélia. Toutes les commodités sont à proximité et le centre ville est facile d’accès en transports en commun.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Aufteilung

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Rom. Mit dazu beigetragen hatte auch die Wohnung, die für unseren Bedarf eine ideale Aufteilung mit 3 Schlaf- und 2 Badezimmer hatte!!! In der näheren Umgebung hatten wir auch super Lokale mit klasse Speisen gefunden, auch ein Supermarkt und Bäcker liegt direkt vorm Haus. Ein bisschen enttäuschend war die Ausstattung der Küche. An Großgeräten ist alles da, aber sonst nur das nötigste an Geschirr und Besteck. Schade, bei dieser tollen Wohnung.

Great Apartment

Not only was the apartment great, but there were cafes and restaurants in the area. If we walk out take a left on the street and go, you will walk right into the Metro-M.

Good overall

Some things not working ie radiators, one set of patio doors. Electrics tripped often even though very few things were on. Part of Rome I guess. These were pointed out to us which is fair. They’ll stay broken until someone fixes them though ! Gui spot on and always available. Rome tax, unaware of and payable on arrival was a sore one but nothing to do with the apartment.

Great for transport and shops

Loved our stay, the apartment was very clean. The rooms were spacious and it has an all-round balcony which was fabulous). Good supply of kitchen cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils which always helps. Easy access to Metro and buses for getting around. Great gelateria and several supermarkets. cafes, eateries nearby including a farmacia and even a small dept store so great neighbourhooed facilities
