Comfortable and clean stay!

The place was wonderful! The room was clean and as advertised! We enjoyed our stay at the apartment! It is a little bit of walk downhill to get to the travestere area and a walk back up the hill to get back if your walking! Overall, we thought it was a great spot to stay!

Carlo is awesome!! Very respectful and responsive. The place was quiet and clean and secure. The area is not super touristy and great to mingle with locals in a safe community. I would not hesitate to stay again. Wonderful.

3 Day stay before cruise.

We were pleasantly surprised with our accommodations. Our Host was very nice and did a great job in making us feel welcomed and taking care of our needs. Apartment was spacious, clean and in a great location. We walked to the Colosseum, Pantheon and other attractions in Rome. Our host recommend IL Focolare the food was excellent and prices even better and it was a couple blocks away. We were also across the street from an ATM and around the corner from Pam Grocery Store. You are also a short walk to the center of Trastevere. I highly recommend this accommodation.

4 Day "Walking" Tour of Rome

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood apartment. It had everything we needed: bed, shower, fridge, air conditioning. The surrounding neighborhood was not touristy, which we enjoyed. 1 week before our arrival, I broke my foot in 6 places - Carlo was very accommodating. He met us at the property and showed us how to operate the tiny lift. He gave us restaurant and grocery store recommendations and told us where the bus and taxi stands were. We walked/rolled around the neighborhoods and found curbside cafes, delicious restaurants, and markets. The walk to Trastevere included a beautiful journey through a near by park. We would definitly stay here again and highly recommend this location.

Good appartment in a nice and quite area

We enjoyed our stay in Carlo‘s appartment. Except for some movement in the appartment above, it was very quite. The area is safe, and there are some nice Cafés and Restaurants in the neighbourhood. The center of Trastevere is about 15 minutes walking distance. Overall a very nice experience!

Fabulous stay in Rome

I could not have picked a better property for my first time in Rome with my bestie. Everything was just as advertised - from the transfer/check-in/apartment/location. It was great! It was nice to be in a residential area. It was still close to many restaurants and walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go. We had a true authentic experience of Rome :) Go to Rome. Stay here. Clean Unit close to Trastevere.

This is a clean unit with air conditioning that is a 10 minute walk downhill to Trastevere. From there, you can hop on the bus and get into Rome tourist sites in about 10 minutes. Trastevere is a fun little town with lots of nice restaurants to eat. Carlo, the host is a very friendly man and was extremely helpful in giving us directions on where to go what to do and how to get there. There is a really really nice restaurant to eat directly behind the building you are staying in - if you walk around the block it’s about a two minute walk right on the street.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Carlo's apartment in Rome and he did an amazing job welcoming us to this fabulous city! The apartment is exactly as described as it was clean, spacious and perfect for our family of four. The bed was incredibly comfortable and our older daughters slept well on the pull out couch. Carlo gave us detailed instructions on how to get into the apartment and was gracious with our departure time. We felt very safe in the apartment and the neighborhood was beautiful and had delicious restaurants, cafes and stores in walking distance. We enjoyed walking through one of the nearby parks to get to Trastavere and we even walked to Vatican City. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
