「The location is very practical with the metro station a few meters away, and several shops just nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, the reception also works as an emergency shop - ideal in the evenings when other shops already closed. The rooms on the first (and only floor above ground floor) also has a nice balcony - I think these rooms might be superior to ground floor ones. The air conditioning did its job despite record heats, and the cleaning of the room was OK, but not spotless....

「Room was clean. Check in instructions were clear and we were able to check in as soon as we arrived. The location was safe. The only negative is that check in was done remotely and there was no reception desk or staff on hand to assist, save the cleaner of a morning.」

「Great apartment in a good part of Rome without too many tourists. Very comfortable. It has a nice patio, and the beds were comfortable. Good communication with the contact person. Easy to walk to from the Tiburtina Station. Coffee shops, grocery stores, and gelato nearby. Air conditioning. 」

「The only minus was the very bard bed and pillows. 」
