Dear guests, our apartments are ready to welcome you again, cleaned and sanitized before each stay. The lockdown in Italy is over and in Rome you will find everything open, restaurants, bars, pubs, shops, museums, exhibitions, Roman Forum, Colosseum, churches and much more. You can book visits to places of art online and admire the beauty of Rome in safety thanks to the rigorous prevention measures adopted. If you arrive on holidays, there will be the possibility of self-check in. Otherwise an employee equipped with protective devices will welcome you upon your arrival.

In our apartments we guarantee compliance with COVID 2019 regulations.
1. Whenever possible, we will adopt the "auto check in" procedures without the need for intervention by our staff;
2. In each apartment and in the common entrance there is a dispenser with alcoholic hand sanitizer gel;
3. All apartments will be sanitized with sodium hypochlorite and alcoholic solution by specialized staff before each new stay;
4. Each object supplied for use by the hotel to guests will be disinfected before your stay;
5. We will sanitize the filters and grids of the air conditioning / heating system at least once a month. The plant filters and the air intake / extraction grids will be sanitized using specific products;
6. We guarantee the cleaning and disinfection of apartments and common areas according to national and regional guidelines.
Inside each apartment you will find the "GUIDELINES" regarding the rules of conduct which it is IMPORTANT TO FOLLOW FOR A SERENE AND SAFE STAY.
THE APARTMENT
Friendly Comfort Trastevere has a beautiful apartment completely renovated about 50 square meters. equipped with all comforts, in a modern building in a quiet and peaceful location.
The apartment has a beautiful oak parquet floor and is elegantly furnished with new design furniture and a high quality lighting system. It is also clean, welcoming, safe and with attention to detail. Free Wi - Fi, independent heating and air conditioning.
The location is ideal, in Trastevere, one of the most central and typical neighborhoods of the city, full of bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, and lively nightlife. The neighborhood is perfect to walk around to enjoy the most typical and characteristic streets and alleys. The beautiful Piazza di Santa Maria in Trastevere, where it is pleasant to sit in an outdoor bar sipping a drink and watching the street artists, can be reached on foot in about ten minutes. In a few minutes, with a few tram stops n. 8 you can reach the Pantheon, Piazza Venezia and the most important historical sites. You can find the n. 8 bus stops on Viale Trastevere, no more than 150 meters from the building.
The apartment is located on the third floor and has two lifts, one of which is wheelchair accessible. There is also a doorman during the day who can collect mail and parcels.
It consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The living room is elegant and comfortable with a large sofa that can be transformed into a comfortable bed for two people and an LCD TV. Fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, electric oven. You will also find iron and ironing board, drying rack, hair dryer, full-length mirror, detergent for washing dishes both by hand and in the dishwasher, detergent for washing machine and distilled water for the iron.
Dining area with table and four chairs. Spacious bedroom with comfortable double bed (160 cm), chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe. Large and elegant bathroom with integrated sink, toilet, bidet and large shower.
The apartment is equipped with safety devices in case of fire as well as a first aid kit.
If necessary, you can deposit your luggage at our store without any additional cost. On request we can provide the cleaning service and linen change, useful in case of long stays.
For mandatory final cleaning, an amount of 30.00 Euros in cash must be paid at the time of check in, which includes the sanitation fee in compliance with the COVID-19 prevention measures.
Although for us the costs of cleaning and sanitization have doubled compared to 2019, we have left the cost of cleaning unchanged for you, in the hope that you will appreciate our commitment to not increasing prices
A hundred meters from the building is a supermarket also open on Sundays at affordable prices and many other grocery stores, bars, pubs, pizzerias and restaurants, some of which are open until late at night, are within a few minutes’ walk. A pharmacy with night service is just 200 meters away. In each apartment there is an instruction manual and suggestions for your stay and we are always available to provide help and useful information.
If you have a car, a large parking space is available in the building's garage, connected by lift to your apartment, suitable for cars of all sizes including SUVs, at an additional cost of 10.00 Euro per day to be paid in cash at the time of check in.
A public car park is available, 100 meters from the building, adjacent to the supermarket, which costs 7.50 euros per day. After 6.00 pm it is also possible to easily find parking around the building.
The building is well connected to the most important tourist sites. In just 10 minutes with 6 tram stops n. 8 (the bus stop is only 150 meters from the building and the number 8 tram passes every few minutes), you reach PIAZZA VENEZIA, the heart of Rome. In fact, the most famous archaeological walk in the world begins in Piazza Venezia, in an area closed to traffic which, through the ancient Roman ruins, leads to the COLOSSEUM.
Also from Piazza Venezia you can reach the most beautiful and elegant shopping area of the city, to walk on looking at the windows of the famous Via del Corso, Via Frattina, Via Condotti, with a stop at the famous TREVI FONTANA and then reach the beautiful PIAZZA DI SPAIN.
If you get off at the fifth tram stop n. 8, in a few minutes’ walk you can reach the charming PANTHEON and the wonderful PIAZZA NAVONA.
The Tiber River, with the beautiful Isola Tiberina, is a ten-minute walk or, if you prefer, 3 tram stops n. 8. Walking along the Tiber, or if you prefer on bus no. 280 you can easily reach the VATICAN and CASTEL S. ANGELO.
Tram tickets valid for 100 minutes, 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours and 7 days can be purchased at the tobacconist bar opposite the tram stop. ROME Pass of 48 or 72 hours is very convenient if you want to visit museums and archaeological sites and move by bus, tram and underground. The ROMA PASS can be purchased at the Tourist Kiosk only three tram stops n. 8 (open from 10 am to 8 pm).
Every Sunday morning, a three-minute walk, you can visit the historic Porta Portese flea market where you can buy clothes and objects of all kinds at affordable prices.
The building is well connected to the Fiumicino airport, reachable in about half an hour either by taxi, or by frequent trains leaving from Trastevere Station, 3 tram stops (5 minutes) away. n. 8. On request we can book a car with driver provided with a special license at a slightly lower cost than the taxi.
We summarize the preventive hygiene measures to be adopted during your stay:
1. It is mandatory to keep the distance of at least one meter from the staff and other people in all common areas of the building.
2. Guests must wear a mask when the interpersonal distance of at least one meter cannot be guaranteed.
3. Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or disinfect them with alcohol-based gel that you will find in the corridor leading to the apartments and apartments.
4. It is mandatory to use the lift one person at a time, unless they are members of a single family / group of guests. We remind you that there are two elevators available in the building.
5. Do not leave your apartment if you suspect symptoms related to Covid-19 and immediately notify the Manager at the numbers 0039 331 3418378 and 0039 349 4914142.
6. Avoid gatherings in the corridor leading to the apartments.
7. Open the windows throughout the day to ensure adequate air exchange.
8. When using heating or air conditioning systems, never use the "air recirculation" function on the remote control. The remote control that you will find in your apartment is already set to exclude the recirculation function. In case of doubt, contact Giovanni at n. 0039 331 3418378.
