Everything we needed and more

We had a wonderful time in this apartment. Alessandro was so kind, thoughtful and communicative. He was kind enough to offer us suggestions around the area, and he is always available if you need help. The property itself is gorgeous, with marble accents and eclectic decor to help you feel like you are truly in Rome. So close to many conveniences, the metro, the grocery store, local churches, the laundry etc., as well as beautiful sights like Vatican City. We cannot wait to plan another trip to Rome and stay here again.

Great Host / Perfect Location / Outdoor Space

Allesandro, could not have been better to work with during the entire process. He was available to make suggestions, give directions and make for a seamless trip on his end. We had some traveling delays on the way in and a metro strike on the way out and he was GREAT in helping all he could. Apartment was very clean and comfortable and matched description exactly. The bed is off the floor but the couch also pulls out if that is a problem. We loved the neighborhood as it was not too busy but felt like where normal people in Rome lived. Bakery next door, Grocery store and large market very close. Pizza and restaurants on same street and most surrounding streets. The Patio area provided a great place when we had some down time to relax. Metro is only 4 minutes or so once you know the back route. Makes it easy to get to all areas of the city pretty quickly. If we visit again we will stay again for sure. Stay away from the crowds and enjoy! David and Jan

Excellent location for Vatican city

Owner made check in very easy, super clean apartment, small kitchen had materials to make simple meals, and patio was really nice to use! Very close to bus routes and Metro. Easy to use as a base for exploring Rome!

Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden

Die Zimmer sind freundlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist funktional, es ist soweit alles vorhanden. Die Terrasse ist hübsch und großzügig. Das Appartement liegt in der Nähe einer Metro Station. Der Vatican ist ca. 20 Gehminuten entfernt. Direkt gegenüber gibt es verschiedene gastronomische Angebote. Gemüsehändler und Bäcker sind nebenan. Durch den Straßenverkehr ist es auch Nachts ziemlich laut. Wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind passt es. Eine funktionierende Klimaanlage ist vorhanden.

charmante Wohnung in bester Lage

klein, aber fein, mit schöner Terrasse! Beste Lage - nicht unmittelbar am Trubel der Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten, dafür 2 Minuten zu Fuss zum Bus und 3 Minuten zur Metro, Restaurants, Cafes, Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr netter Vermieter!

Cute apartment with lovely patio!!

We had an amazing stay! Alessandro was welcoming and kind! The apartment was clean, cute, and had everything we needed. The AC worked perfectly and the location was great for our sight seeing needs.

Casa carina e elegante

Ho vissuto un mese nell’appartamento d’Alessandro e mi sono trovata benissimo. La casa è arredata con molta cura e creatività e mi sono sentita subito a casa mia. Il proprietario è stato simpaticissimo e sempre pronto ad aiutarmi con qualsiasi cosa o consiglio.
