Clean and complete/Staff were approachable and pleasant, esp. the phone customer rep, she was very patient with my questions, the house tour guide was also nice, it was our first visit in Rome and it was a pleasant experience right away just from the airport. The location was the rockstar. It was close to everything-tourist spots, train stations, resto, grocery-Tourist -friendly location.Everybody were friendly and accomodating.Definitely would come back.

Very convenient place to stay - close to Restuarants, to buses and walking distance to the Vatican. However, I would like to mention that the Warm/hot water was not working for shower; it was fixed day. We had also to wait for more than an hour the place for the agent to come and open the room for us. The above mentioned inconveniences can be improved. Overall, very friendly staff. Thank you.

The place was wonderful the service was very good. The only bad experience was there wasn’t enough paper toilet for 6 people. Also, one of the bathroom the bathtub wasn’t washed correctly it had black spots other than that the service was wonderful and the communication was perfected.

Fantastisk god service via WhatsApp. Vi savnede dog en egentlig fysisk reception. Men betjeningen via WhatsApp fungerede alligevel fantastisk. Meget søde og behjælpelige via WhatsApp.

El apartamento es muy bien ubicado a tan solo 15 minutos caminando de la entrada al Museo Vaticano. Lo único que no me gustó fue la calle, mucha basura.
