Overall very comfortable and spacious. There is a grocery store nearby and the Barberini Metro is close by. Shopping is also very close (convenient if you want to go back and drop off your purchases). The Capuchin monk crypt and museum is close by and worth the visit. The terrace is a nice spot to sit with your morning coffee and get some fresh air and a view. There is an elevator to get to your floor but there are stairs to get to that elevator and the apartment itself as a flight of stairs immediately after entering. Ignore the pushy restaurant staff at the corner trying to bring in customers.

We were able to walk easily to multiple local sites. The rooms were clean and spacious and we loved the balcony for our late night movie and morning coffee. Please be aware there are stairs leading up to the apartment flat from the front door.

The place was clean and in a very good location walking distance from the trevi fountain, Spanish steps, pantheon and from the metro station.

Amazing balcony with views, wonderful building and the location was also amazing. The minus part was millions of small ants that came during one day to the kitchen. There was poison in the cupboard under the sink so we were able to poison them. We also found two silver fish. The host answered our texts that night very fast and they came to poison more the next day. They also answered really fast because the wifi didn’t work and they came to repair that too. Because Italy is a hot country I’m sure pests are common so because they reacted fast we thought they handled it well. They had probably poisoned the apartment the day we came as well because it smelled like poison for the first night in it. A little thing was that the bigger bathrooms drains where quite slow so you had to close the water in the middle of a shower to let the water go down. Anyway we thought the beautiful apartment and the location where so good that even with these set backs it was an excellent find to stay for a big family like us and we would recommend it to others wanting to see as much Rome as possible.

The apartment unit itself is fantastic. It is very comfortable inside and also has a very great view of the city of Rome. However, lift broke down since day 3 till the end of the trip, which the unit is at level 3.

What a fantastic place! Exceeded all our expectations. Spacious, modern, clean, well-equipped, well located (near Spanish Steps and a Metro stop) and that huge terrace overlooking rooftop bar and the city below--just fabulous! We didn't want to leave! And the communication with management was great. We will return to Rome and will keep this one on our radar for sure.

Great place to stay that is very central. The apt is in really great condition, wifi worked well and it has all the amenities that are promised. The communication was a bit lacking when compared with other places we stayed at...however, it was New Years Day, so it may not have been the norm. When we did connect, they were very friendly.

Beautiful spot in a great location and super clean. Better than advertised and definitely worth the money! Excellent communication beforehand and super friendly greeter. Beautiful view and terrace.
