In the Prati delle Vittorie district, elegant, ideal for shopping, and full of restaurants. 22 minutes walk to San Pietro (Vatican), 21 minutes walk to Piazza del Popolo, 7 minutes walk to the Lepanto Metro. 2 minute walk to the Supermarket. Self check-in even very late. The apartment is located in one of the most important buildings in Rome built in 1900. The building was "The House of Employees of the Governorate", designed in mannerist style by the famous architect Renzi in 1929. The apartment has been recently renovated. All furniture, beds, mattresses, etc... are new purchased in June 2023. Throughout the house there is excellent quality parquet with wide slats, even in the bathrooms.
The lighting of the entire apartment is with spotlights recessed in the ceiling, there are no chandeliers.
The apartment has two very large bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe with hangers and shelves. There is the possibility of having a third bed (cot). It is equipped with air conditioning and has two large windows overlooking the beautiful communal garden. From the room there is direct access to a large aviation-coloured bathroom with a window with two sinks and two taps that come down from the ceiling, toilet, bidet and large walk-in glass shower.

The second bathroom is petrol colored and has a large circular sink, toilet, bidet and large walk-in shower and has a very high and wide window. A large living room equipped with a very large table with 6 chairs, a 50-inch TV, a sofa that can be used as a queen-size bed. In the living room there is an island kitchen with induction burners, fridge and freezer. In the living room there are 2 large windows with electric shutters and another window overlooking a second communal garden. There is air conditioning in the lounge. The apartment is perfect for a family of 4 or 2 couples. The large spaces also allow it to accommodate 6 people, in exceptional cases up to 8 people (but at the discretion of the hosts). The context in which the apartment is located is very quiet, even if the neighborhood is full of restaurants and shops for shopping.
