we initially booked the property at Via Garibaldi but was informed that the place cannot be used for some reason, and were moved to Via Goffredo Mameli. the house is old, on lower floor which makes it a bit cold for my family who came directly from Indonesia. But I guess in summer it would be super nice and cool there. It was really clean, well-equipped kitchen, beds and pillows were comfortable, but somehow felt rather “dusty” due to the location of the apartment (lower floor), although they were some windows but it still felt dark, and basement-ish. the electricity was also troublesome in the beginning as it went off as we turned on the boiled and the stove at the same time, and apparently we should not turn both on at the same time. Despite all the comments above, I am still giving a good review due to the excellent communication from the management ( Lea and Marcello), very responsive and eager to help, and I really appreciate the efforts they made to make my family’s stay a wonderful experience, and it was indeed so. thank you!

Never Never choose this place

I informed to hotel the time of arrival 1 day before. but when I got there, I waited two and half hours outside waiting for host for check-in however no one appeared and even contacted to me until the 2nd day of my booking. I had to find alternative hotel in result in the evening... Now I am in processing on refund my payment with huge inconvenience

Lindo departamento. Check in para mejorar

Muy difícil el check in, tuvimos que mandar un mail 48 hs antes avisando el horario de llegada, ahí nos pidieron que llamemos cuando estemos en el aeropuerto (cosa muy difícil porque no teníamos nuestros móviles activos por ser de argentina, al llegar al depto había un cartel con otro número de teléfono para comunicarse y tuvimos que pedir prestado un móvil a un vecino. Con todo esto tardaron 3 horas en venir a abrir el departamento. El lugar es cómodo y limpio salvo que el agua caliente se acababa rápido. Cómodo para moverse y linda zona aunque alejada
