The interior layout is as follows:



- LIVING/SLEEPING AREA with KITCHENETTE (featuring an induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, combination microwave, toaster, juicer, wine glasses, and kitchen utensils), double sofa bed, dining table, TV, closet, and split A/C unit;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, heat pump heating, air conditioning (one split unit in the living/sleeping area), washing machine, hair dryer, and clothesline.

Cars are NOT permitted in the inner courtyard.

Hot water is provided by a water heater; you may need to wait for it to heat up.

The MM Flaminio metro stop, a 1-minute walk away, connects the apartment to Roma Termini Station, the main hub for public transport and airport connections.

-From Rome Ciampino International Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking bus line 520 to Cinecittà, where you can transfer to the metro and get off at the Flaminio stop, a 1-minute walk from the property.



-From Roma Termini Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the subway to the Flaminio stop, which is a 1-minute walk from the property.



If you are travelling by car, parking is not included; you CANNOT drive into the inner courtyard. However, you can park on the street for a fee (NOT guaranteed—blue-line parking); or, also for a fee, at Parking Bertollini on Via Emanuele Gianturco 3 (NOT guaranteed), a 5-minute walk from the property.

between 9:00 PM and midnight >> €30

between midnight and 1:00 AM >> €40

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to upload your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Rome, which is €6.00 per person per night.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree 383 of October 6, 2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Rome Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.
