I Had never been out of the states besides resorts so I was a little nervous going to Italy but Poli and Catalina were the best !!! They gave us the best places to eat had us a taxi ready when needed .They made our trip perfect !!And as far as the hotel it was beautiful and clean and walking distance to EVERYTHING. Absolutely most beautiful place to visit a trip I will remember forever Thank you !!

This property was amazing for our honeymoon. The location was perfect and allowed for a quick 10-15 minute walk to all the major sights. Pino and staff were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The room was thoroughly cleaned and spotless upon our check in. We felt like family when we stayed here and would gladly recommend to any other travelers.

Great location that is walkable to many attractions in Rome yet secluded and quiet. Pino was very helpful in arranging transportation and suggesting restaurants and attractions.

Like many older properties in Rome it isn’t easy to find as there is no large marquee. However once you do find the hotel you will appreciate the proximity to the Capitaline Museum, the 1km walk to Trastevere for dinner in the evening, the fact that you are 150m from the Roman Forum, and the general ease to walk to the highlights of Rome. There is a quaint coffee shop next door to help you start your day. there is no elevator however the staff were quick to offer to carry all of our luggage to the room and down on departure day. Pino, the desk manager, couldn’t do enough to help us including arranging transportation from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to our cruise ship, all well below market rate. He took the time to map out access routes for us to reach the major sites as well as sending us a list of excellent local restaurants. He uses WhatsApp to communicate with you while you stay at the hotel and he is reachable to answer questions. If you can’t find him at the front desk he is most likely next door at the coffee shop. You can find less expensive hotels but the combination of location and service made this unbeatable.

The location is quite convenient to central Rome such as the colosseum. The owner who is also the front desk person is a very nice person, he recommended places to go and eat. The only down fall is stairs to the spot and the property doesn’t have elevator to the rooms but it’s only one short flight and the owner is nice enough with the luggage. In terms of room size, it’s perfect for one person but it’s European size. Overall I enjoyed my stay at this property

This charming hotel is in a great location, very clean and comfortable, and run by the nicest, most helpful man ever. Pino was so kind and helpful and our stay was made better by all the things he helped us with like a map and some tips on where to go, arranging a wonderful driver Adriano to pick us up at the airport and who took the time to tell us about the places we were driving by, and getting us a taxi for the train station. Cannot recommend enough!

excellent location, great hotel

great rooms in excellent shape, excellent location. the couple that runs it is very helpful and kind. there are stairs from the street to reach the door of the hotel and stairs inside (no elevator). the hotel rooms are super comfortable and well appointed, with a fully stocked minibar and nespresso machine. The bathrooms are also great. Location is excellent and it is very quiet at night

Incredible place for incredible value! The location is unbeatable - you literally have to walk around the forum to get to / from the hotel. Service was impeccable, and my wife fell in love with their Labrador. We stayed in the deluxe room, which was very spacious, loved the Nespresso coffee in the morning, and the little breakfast bar. If you’re religious there’s a Church 50 metres outside the door with daily Mass, and if you aren’t it’s still worth going into for the history. Convenient, clean, wonderful hosts, what’s not to love? This will definitely be our goto place next time we’re in Rome.

Great location. Next to the Forum and short walk to the city center. Check in was quick and easy. Our front desk lady, who is also the owner family, was super helpful throughout our stay. All was excellent for our short stay in Rome
