The 81-square-meter apartment is cosy and bright; recently renovated, it is located on the ground floor (accessible by lift) in a historic building from the 1920s.
Suitable for families with children, groups of friends, and remote work.

It features two spacious bedrooms, a living room with a sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a large shower stall (equipped with accessibility features for people with disabilities and seniors) and a bidet.
