The property is served by Metro Line A (Re di Roma station) and is just a few stops away from major tourist attractions (Piazza di Spagna, St. Peter’s Basilica, the Vatican Museums, and the Trevi Fountain). The area is well-served, and you’ll find bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, hospitals, and restaurants. Right below the building, there’s a bar, a supermarket, and a bakery, and just a few metres away, there’s also a laundromat. The property is also well connected to Termini train station and the Fiumicino and Ciampino airports.
