JUST LOVELY

Everything about this place was perfect for our family. Close walking distance to sites and restaurants. The best pizza and bakery is around the corner. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect location to explore Rome

The property is just as described and convenient for exploring Rome. It is central to many attractions and easy to walk around the area surrounding it.It is clean, easy to access ( up one flight of stairs to the elevator) and check-in was quick and easy as well. Beds were comfortable and since we were two couples traveling together, we appreciated the privacy of each suite.

Wonderful stay

The apartment is in a great location, spacious, simply appointed but nice, beds comfortable, felt safe, WiFi good, everything worked. A couple small maintenance issues took the stairs #30 but there is a small elevator if needed. Would definitely recommend and return

Perfect stay in Rome

The property was just as described. Clean and comfortable. The location was impeccable centrally located to everything. The neighborhood has old world charm. Her associates helped us with the storing of our bags until the apartment was ready and then arranged airport transfers both ways. It was hard to leave. We will be back again.

fantastic location

Apartment was in the best location, walking distance from the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. Beds were very comfortable and there was lots of room. Checkin process was fast and easy. I would definitely stay again when in Rome.

Weekend in Florence

Great location! Easy walk to duomo-uffuzi. Apartment had everything we needed. Two bathrooms a big plus traveling with my daughter. Communication was great. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

Two Nights in Rome

We were in Rome for just 2 nights before flying home, after several weeks in Italy. This was our first time using VRBO, and it all worked out so well. We were with another couple and this apartment was perfect for the four of us (all over 60). The location is great, the space is lovely and comfortable and clean and quiet. The host was awesome - promptly answering any questions we had, and also helped us arrange airport transfer. We really enjoyed Rome and our lovely accommodations, and wished we had more time there.

Wonderful apartment near Campo di Fiore and Piazza Navona

This was a perfect place for my family of four to visit Rome for the first time. So many major points of interest were within short walking distance, and a nice selection of cafes are nearby. Bus and tram stops are a close walk away on Vittorio Emmanuel or Via Argentina. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. Communications with the owners were easy, and they provided very helpful information.

Great place in Rome, well located and easy to find.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The manager set up a car to get us from the airport, it was barely more than a cab would have been and made it so easy, I recommend taking advantage of that. The place was spacious and had plenty of room for my wife and I and our two teenage daughters. Located close to Campo Di Fiori made it easy for taxi drivers to get us to and from. A grocery store is very close along with a great bakery and lots of shopping, eating. Quiet and wall laid out it was a fun spot to call home for a few days. Would recommend and would stay again if I ever get back to Rome.

Fantastic apartment in a really good location. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I was very happy with our choice! Francesca was very responsive to any questions I had. She also set up a driver to take us to the airport, which was extremely convenient! An fyi for those with mobility issues, there is a set of stairs going up one level. Then an elevator if needed.

Great location and apartment

We have stayed in this apartment a few times in the past. There was a little mix up during our check-in process, but it was resolved quickly by the rental company. They were very professional and helpful. We appreciate how it was resolved. We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is spacious, beds are comfortable, the A/C and wifi work very well, and it is in a great location in Roma. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Great location!

Right near Campo de Fiori, fairly quiet even with a restaurant right downstairs. Super clean! We walked everywhere because of the central location. Lots of great restaurants and we ate all week within a 10 minutes walk of the apartment and had excellent meals. Many supermarkets near the apartment. Roscioli forno right around corner for breakfast pastries. Kitchen on small side but we only made coffee in the mornings. Staff was super responsive and answer all inquiries quickly. Even helped us arrange for rides to and from airport. Beds on the hard side, typical of European beds. An excellent apartment and I would stay again when in Rome.

Great place and location

Apartment is in a fabulous location, not far from the Campo de Fiori, but far enough to be in a fairly quiet area. There are several restaurants in walking distance and a great cafe around the corner. The apartment is newly renovated so everything is in good nick. We were traveling with another couple (we are "young seniors") and it was perfect for us. In addition, one of the couches in the living room opens into a sofa bed if needed. The kitchen is quite small but we were not planning on cooking there. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms newly renovated and very well appointed. The wi-fi worked very well. The art work is amusing. There is a small elevator in the building. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Excellent space and location

The check in instructions were very detailed, easy to follow, & graciously flexible (as we arrived later than anticipated).The apartment was clean & the perfect space for my husband, myself, & his parents. It was great to have 2 separate bedrooms & bathrooms. There is 1 en suite. The 2nd bedroom is just across the hall from the other bathroom, across the apartment from the main bedroom, so we each had plenty of privacy. The living area was nice, though we never actually spent any time there since we were out exploring each day and night. The location was perfect, right between Campo de Fiori & Piazza Navona. Most everything was was an easy walk or quick Uber/taxi ride away. We didn't use public transportation, so I can't comment on the location of bus or metro stops. One thing to note is that shower experience is less than ideal. The hot water tank must be very small - I was unable to take a full shower (inc washing hair, face, & body) without running out of hot water, & I am generally a very fast shower-taker. I'd estimate the hot water ran out within 10 minutes. The adjustable height shower head in the ensuite bathroom was broken and would not stay up at "normal" shower head level, so it was necessary to hold the shower head in order to rinse hair after washing. Finally, there was no shelf to hold toiletries. Not a huge deal but worth noting so a person isn't surprised or so the owners might add that. Overall, excellent property! I'd definitely rent here again!

Rome short stay

We recently returned from a stay in Rome. Overall we enjoyed our accommodation - 2 couples in the 50-60 range. The positives of the property as follows: *absolute gem of a location - you are able to walk to all attractions and restaurants with ease * very roomy for 2 couples with nice bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and place was very tidy and in order, The negatives: very little in the way of anything required for stay, although this is a VRBO type of property we were a little surprised by absolutely nothing provided in the way of dish soap, tea towels, paper towels or even pepper. There were even only 3 teaspoons left for 4 people!!! We of course expect to purchase items but I think a little more could be in place for a comfortable stay. We have previously stayed in many many properties such as this one (including ROME) with many more items provided for a comfortable getaway. Would I stay here again? probably not, as other units in similar locations we have used, (and tried to get into this time... but were booked unfortunately) have made for a more pleasant getaway instead of an immediate need to pick up basic necessities.
