It wasn’t clear what time and where breakfast would be served. There were tables but no information was given about that to us. The towels were a bit old and worn.

Great location and the room is spacious with charm but there’s a big but that everyone should know .. it’s like having 3 bedroom all beside each other and you can hear everything .. we were unlucky enough to have a baby screaming all morning but it’s not like a typical hotel room . You can literally hear everything , every step , door , etc . Def something to keep in mind and for that alone it cannot be more than a 3 . Good luck with neighbors , luck of the draw .

We had a two- stories appartment, the kids loved the second floor with a big bed. The property is beautiful, clean, centrally located. We only had one night, will definitely consider book again next time in Rome. The breakfast though, is less interesting, being in a restaurant outside with limited choice.

The guest house was lovely and although there was an issue with the breakfast we were compensated for this. The location is very central for the Vatican but away from the busy streets, some good eateries around and if your feed up of pasta and pizza, smash burger is really nice. Added advantage of a laundrette next door (you don’t have to buy soap as it adds it to the wash), especially handy for washing the children’s clothing. Air con was a god send and the place had lovely charm. Host was informative and friendly- taxi rank not far from the accommodation if you need to get anywhere like the train station although the taxi drivers do tend to rip you off!

Stunning charachter property, perfect for an overnight stay. Marco was extremely friendly and helpful, and the location of the property was easy to find and so close to everything. It was mine and my mother's first time in Italy, and it couldn't have been any more perfect. We will definitely be returning!

The room was good but was not a fan of the packet of soaps/shampoos and no conditioner plus the towel were a bit rough. The host was responsive to our needs and has good respond time. Overall, for the price you are paying compare to the other expensive hotel, if you need a place to sleep for a good price you can come here.

This stay overall all was ok. As my aunt and mother arrived before me around check in time, the room was still not turned over or cleaned .This was a super inconvenient for my family since they were tired from travel and had to wait another 1.5 hours to access the room. The breakfast was really nice to have every morning and staff was warm and helpful. The outlets were dysfunctional and the bathroom was not in great condition which caused us to wake up with low batteries and required extra charging through the day.
