So - so
The location of the hotel is very convinent and the staff is very friendly and nice. However, the hotel itself is so-so. The water is not strong enough for washing your hair and the room itself is very small and honestly a bit dirty.

櫃檯人員親切
飯店就在車站附近，走路非常方便。 退房後我們想先寄放行李幾小時，卻要收費，本來有點不開心，但想到我們下午要去Orvieto玩不方便帶行李，不如寄放一整天，費用比寄放在車站還便宜，意外的省了一筆錢，皆大歡喜。 隔天去拿行李，因我們有4個大行李箱，請飯店幫我們叫兩台計程車，櫃檯人員很貼心幫我們叫一台休旅車型的計程車，解釋說兩台計程車太貴了，大型的計程車可以坐我們4人與一堆行李，費用也相對便宜。覺得櫃檯人員真的很細心的替我們著想，不因我們已退房就停止服務，非常感謝。

Good location and breakfast
Excellent location, very close to the Rome Termini. Had a nice cup of cappuccino for breakfast. Things in the room are a little bit old but it's still acceptable.

Hotel a 1,5km dal Colosseo e a300 m dalla stazione Termini. Colazione semplice con cornetti, fette biscottate o corn flakes. Camera pessima: umida, senza bidet, muri con vernice staccata, battiscopa scollati, prese della corrente non tutte funzionanti e riscaldamento non funzionante(fortuna non ne avevamo bisogno). Per una notte abbiamo abbozzato.

Nice hotel, easy walking distance to main parts and station.basic but also clean with nice staff. Good breakfast options although not much for vegans. Would stay here again though.

Both the maintenance and cleanliness of the rooms could be improved. We stayed for 1 week and only from the 3rd day the room was cleaned and towels/bedding changed. The furniture was very dusty and so was the floor. The bed lights didn't work and the flush pressure was very bad, as was the water in the shower. Breakfast had no option of fruits or any protein, just processed cheese, toast, white bread, croissant and cornflakes. Too bad! Positive points: excellent location with several restaurant options, market and pharmacy; close to the public transport and bus terminal. We were treated very well by the hotel staff; they were always friendly and cordial.

The rain shower is the worst, as the shower cannot be taken off the wall. The amount of hot water is low and it is not a good facility. The smell of sewage fills the room. In addition, we had to pay 8 euros for luggage storage after check-out. The best thing is that it is close to Termini station.

Hotel molto spartano,spazi risicati, per la colazione sono loro ad importi cosa prendere, ti danno un vassoio con tutto dentro... almeno un buffet lo si può allestire. Il receptionist non parlava italiano,poco male per me, però per qualche altro cliente potrebbe essere difficile non essere compreso. Unica nota positiva è la vicinanza con la stazione Termini che sta a due passi.

It was cheap but not at all cheerful. Rooms are tiny and dated with uncomfortable beds and everything feels slightly unclean. Bathroom is small with an almost microscopic shower. The hotel itself felt noisy with trolleys being moved loudly outside very early in the morning and footsteps on the wooden floors in the hallway. Breakfast is included but it was literally a paper tray (no plate!) with: 2 small slices of bread (there is a toaster), a croissant, a couple of biscuits, a slice of 'burger cheese', and butter and jams. If you wanted more you could ask for it but I didn't. The location is the only really good point as it is very close to the station and easily walkable to many of the monuments.

First night was a nightmare, the staff was unresponsive, my senior father and my family were suffocated with no AC or Celine fan available. The TV was not working, I have been saving time and money to enjoy my vacation time this time of the year and the manager of the hotel was so rude. I feel sad for expending my money and points and I hope to receive them back. The features posted and promises were not accurate. When I tried to find a solution for multiple issues with the staff, the manager told me multiple times to contact Expedia and just 2 people were kind and professional Dupa and Francesco.

Las instalaciones están mal logradas: - La puerta del baño esta caída, hace ruido al abrirla o cerrarla, la cerradura hace mucho ruido, la puerta del baño esta reparada o remachada. Se ve muy mal. - La cortina de la ducha estaba sucia, se arrastra por el piso del baño y hasta se callo el tubo que lo sostenía en una ocasión. - Pedimos en recepción no limpiaran la habitación (porque nos sentimos mas seguros si nadie entra cuando no estamos) y colocamos el letrero en la puerta de no molestar pero aun así limpiaron la habitación. - El internet no llegaba correctamente hasta la ultima cama de la habitación. Me queje en recepción y al principio decidieron investigar pero después de insistirles simplemente me ignoraban el reclamo aluciando que si había internet pero no hicieron el ejercicio de entrar conmigo a la habitación para ver que en efecto no llegaba el internet en todo el sitio. - La televisión por cable nunca funciono a pesar que también solicite ayuda, nunca la recibí.

El hotel se observa relativamente bien por fuera, sin embargo las habitaciones lucen un poco descuidadas, la regadera es sumamente pequeña y sin una cortina que contenga en agua, fácilmente puede hacerse un desastre de agua. De verdad es sumamente reducido. La ventilación es buena en general, excepto en el baño como en la ducha.

La peor experiencia en años!
Un horror! Reservamos una habitación para 4 personas y solo encontramos espacio para tres. Todo deteriorado en general. La puerta del baño (plegable) con uniones faltantes que permitía ver hacia dentro del baño. Todo super “viejo”, horrible, los alcolchados agujereados con cigarrillo. En el desayuno, los empleados reciclaban (en frente de los comensales) los platos de plásticos sacándolos del tacho de basura para volver a servir el desayuno a otros comensales. No hay siquiera un pequeño refrigerador en las habitaciones.
