Here an incredibile location, right in front of the Colosseum! Very spacious and elegant apartment with two flight. All the space you need!

The apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 people.

On the ground floor you will find a large living room with smart TV, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, another room with a sofa bed and a double bed.

On the second floor another bedroom with en suite bathroom, a relaxation room and a large study.

There is no elevator in the building.

Loved every minute of it! We would recommend it to everyone. Very helpful people. Great to work with. Made our stay very accommodating. Amazing location. Safe. Couldn’t ask for more! Book it!! You won’t regret it!! I did the Rome 15k and the location couldn’t have been better. Walked to it & back to it. Will definitely stay here again!

Location is superb!

This property met all of our needs. Location directly across the Colosseo, good neighborhood with access to grocery, cafe, restaurants, and easy walking to many points of interest. There are two bedroom suites, one with its own bath and sitting room. The other bedroon has two separated sleeping areas with its own a/c unit. In the evenings we opened all the windows and enjoyed the sounds of the local neighborhood. All the appliances were in working order and happily, the A/C kept the apt cool and helped minimize early morning traffic noises nearby. I would absolutely rent this property again.
