Cozy Studio in Monti will be the perfect place to enjoy your stay in the heart of Rome.

The studio can accommodate two people and consists of a single room with a rollaway double bed, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

Wi-fi, washing machine and A/C present.

According to national law provisions and by the WHO, the temperature to be kept in the house must be around 20° C, with a maximum fluctuation of 2°. Therefore, the maximum applicable temperature will be 22° and the times for turning on the heating will be 6:00-8:00 and 17:30-23:30.

The window cannot be opened for safety reasons.

Une vraie catastrophe, cette location inadmissible de louer ça… pas propre du tout entretien laisse à désirer et le pire c’est de vivre dans une cave, pas de lumière du jour car fenêtre, bloqué et voler bloqué avec des fixationsEt une odeur d’humidité, dans le bienJe ne conseille à aucune personne de louer ce logement.Et les photos entre les sites et la vérité se contractuelle

不滿：整潔度和住宿狀況
The property was dark, wet and moldy. No proper possibility to air the room. Additionally we could not open the nice bright window as seen on the images. Which led us to cancel it in upfront. The service was nice and helpful and agreed on a cancelation - anyhow we were still charged by cleaning fee etc. And there was no on top from their side even conidering selling us a defiently under woth dark moldy appartment ( I am alergic to mold and thus had some heavy reactions wihle beeing there leading to not spening much time there as inteded -cooking. And rather speing outside). On top we had to relocate which matter of time costed us then more than previously planed. I had hoped for a more forward coming service here but even Expedia could not help much. Thus my warning good location. But make sure the window door is able to be opened and its not screwed tight as before. The communication was fast and the resppnsible cared - which helped. But all in all I can not reccoment for this price having a dark wett moldy home.
