A lovely balcony will keep you company in the morning while you sip a coffee in the company of the people you love and enjoy a unique view over the historic centre of Rome. But this flat gives you even more, on the second floor you will have access to a spacious terrace, comfortably furnished, that will allow you to admire the eternal city from above, allowing you to breathe in the true essence of life in Rome.

This flat is not just a place to rest, it is a true experience.

The Space

This spacious and bright flat is perfect for ten people. Four finely furnished bedrooms characterise the flat, giving it an extra touch of colour and comfort. The kitchen and three bathrooms have just been renovated and are fully equipped.

The highlights are undoubtedly the huge living room that leads out onto the balcony and the terrace that offers a unique and unmissable view of Rome's historic centre.
