不滿：整潔度
Convenient location but dirty and lots of broken things
The apartment itself is well cut and is conveniently located. But it was dirty and very poorly maintained with things not working or being broken. Check-in was stressful due to poor communication and we had to wait more than an hour on the street not knowing what's really happening, if we are at the right place or not, having to circle around the insanely busy and tight Roman block in a car until we found a place to at least temporarily park. We were promised a refund for the check-in inconveniences but never got it. No working Internet and when it got finally fixed after complaining, it worked only in the kitchen. As for the dirtiness, we explained what was wrong but I don't think our criticism was taken seriously. To be honest, no one could seriously offer the apartment in such an overall dirty state! The place was definitely not cheap and we expected the acceptable level of cleanliness to be met and to have safe and working basics and not falling out of the wall electrical outlets. Sadly, our experience did not match the photos in the description and I wish I could add my photos to the review. We were disappointed. Next time I will go with another host for sure, not with this company who seems simply not to care much since they get their money anyways presenting people pretty photos.
