Good location with nearby metro and bus options. Easy and quick access to the airport (30 minutes). The apartment is in good condition, with new bathrooms and everything very clean, including quality bed . The building is old and the entrance is unconventional, though acceptable. Communication with the owner and the management agency is good, but they require a lot of information to authorize check-in: in addition to copies of guests' passports, they require full details for each person to be entered into a digital platform, culminating in an online selfie from each guest. In other words, if everyone isn't together when submitting the information, the only option is to submit a selfie of the person filling out the form as the selfie for the other guests, which could be interpreted as providing false information. I recommend that future guests have PDF copies of passports and all necessary information ready to proceed with the booking; otherwise, it could be complicated. Another recommendation concerns internet access: without a good connection, it is impossible to unlock the access doors, which are operated via an app. The connection on the 5th floor, in the area right outside the apartment door, is unstable and might not work. Unlocking the app. entrance using the 6-digit code provided for cases of internet failure didn't work on some occasions. Recommendation for the owner: 1. Eliminate the requirement for suppl guest information, except for the mais gest.
