  • Large and bright apartment located in the heart of Rome a few steps from the Spanish Steps and Via Condotti. Near all services (metro, restaurants, food, boutiques). In a historic building, the Dimora Borghese apartment is located on the first floor, built entirely with the finest Carrara marble, finely furnished and equipped with all comforts. It covers a total area of 180 square meters, and is composed of: entrance, 3 double bedrooms, living room, sitting room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and cloister / outdoor terrace. Available all year. Maximum number of guests 7.

The location is incredible, I don't think you could find a better location if you're looking to do the touristy stuff. All the major attractions are within walking distance. The apartment space is very large, thick walls and lots of marble, even nicer than the photos! The AC units may work better in some rooms than others, but overall the space was a great retreat from the busy streets of Rome.

We had an amazing 10 night stay! This apartment is in the perfect location. So much room for my family of 6. Marco was a wonderful host! He was there to greet us to show us around, and made arrangements for us to be picked up from the airport and back. This is a wonderful place to stay!

The apartment has a great location with restaurants and small grocery stores near by. The apartment was clean. Host was very good with communication. Beds were good. A/C was so nice to have. The kitchen is small (typical for Europe). Host left milk, coffee and sweet cakes as a gift. Only issue was the one bathroom shower was difficult to control the temperature of the water.

This apartment was in a great location close to metro, shopping and dining. It was large and spacious. The kitchen is small but was fine for us because we didn’t cook any meals. There is a washing machine on the terrace and clothes racks to dry the clothes. We ended up not washing anything though so can’t comment any further. Marco, the host, was easy to work with for our stay. He met us at the apartment and explained everything to us.

L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la ville, à proximité du métro. La terrasse est agréable ainsi que les grandes pièces à vivre. Points négatifs : quand on est 7 personnes, La cuisine est un peu petite et les 2 salles de bains et toilettes sont dans les chambres, ça nécessite un peu d’organisation

Our visit was wonderful. We couldn't have chosen a more ideal spot. Everything was within easy walking distance — step outside the building and you could see the Spanish Steps. Apartment was clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped for our needs. The terrace was ideal for a morning cappuccino or an evening drink.Marco was quick to respond to our questions and helpful with local suggestions. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Excellent stay overall! The property was very spacious, comfortable, and in an excellent location—perfect for getting around and enjoying the area. The laundry worked great, which was a big plus.A couple of minor suggestions for improvement: newer towels would be appreciated, and the water pressure in the showers is a bit low, so it works best if only one person showers at a time.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic place. The location is amazing, in the centre of Rome. Our host was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is small but since we are were eating out that was not really a problem. Highly recommended!

Wonderful!

Amazing property! Spacious, clean and close to so many tourist attractions. Marco was a very accommodating host. We definitely will stay there if we ever travel to Rome again.

Excellent apartment. Plenty of room for six people. All rooms are large and provide space for not only relaxing but your luggage, cooking, etc. Awesome location near many walkable attractions and close to public transportation if traveling around the city. The host was absolutely incredible as well. He met us at the apartment for check in, showed us all around, and gave us all the details we would need for our stay. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location

Location was perfect. Close to major sites. Check in was easy, and Marco was very responsive and assisted with transport to and from airport. Apartment is well appointed, very clean and tidy. Everything was as described and we would definitely stay here again.

Spacious apartment near Spanish Steps

Marco was a gracious host. The apartment is so spacious and central. We were able to walk to all the major sights. The kitchen was well stocked and Marco even brought us some extra things. Thank you for a great stay in Rome.
