Lovely penthouse, well connected to the center of Rome, for 4 people

Lovely and bright attic of 65 m2, with large terrace of 40 m2. Available for 4 people. Well connected to central Rome. It is located about 300 meters from S. Raffaele Hospital and a shopping center with supermarket, shops, bars, post office, restaurants, pizzerias, etc.
The house is equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and Tv Led 50 ", fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle. Bed linen and towels are included.

The apartment on the second floor without elevator is composed of:
- Bedroom with a double bed. There is a large three-door wardrobe with mirror, desk, air conditioning, balcony.
-Double room with comfortable sofa bed (140x200), dining table for 4 people with chairs. Tv Led 50 "and air conditioning.
-cooker with gas cooker, electric oven and microwave, fridge, crockery, pots and cutlery.
-The bathroom is comfortable and includes shower, bidet, towels, shampoo, soap, hairdryer.
- From the kitchen and living room you can access a large and sunny terrace of 40 m2 with parasol curtains and table for 4 people, to be cleaned and relaxed.
-The apartment has a covered parking space reserved for guests.
