This is a breathtaking 90 squared meters apartment, nestled in the very heart of Rome! A beautiful flight of stairs opens on the lighty living room on which faces a fully furbished kitchen; cooking will never be this fun again, and the large windows and the amount of light coming through will have you thinking you're outdoors! A few steps away from the living room a large bedroom with a king size bed and a practical walk in closet; next to the bedroom a beautiful bathroom with a regular standing shower. As you walk up the beautiful stairs a second large bedroom, with a king size bed and an en suite bathroom. Steps away from the Vatican, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and the Colosseum, this apartment will have you living Rome at its best!

The staff was amazing, they helped with a pick up at the train station, they were there to greet us at check in, they help arrange rides for us... just so easy to work with. Wonderful location and really nice and clean. Lots of stairs to get into the unit but manageable for sure.

Spacious apartment in the heart of Rome

We stayed for two weeks so we really got to know the apartment. The location is absolutely perfect. You can walk almost everywhere and if your feet are tired or the weather poor, there are several bus stops within a block taking you anywhere you want to go in minutes. As you walk towards Campo de' Fiori, the neighborhood is full of great restaurants and fun shops. The apartment itself has updated and surprisingly large bathrooms (bigger than they appear in the pictures!). The water pressure is low but there's plenty of elbow room in the showers and the towels are soft and full sized. The bedrooms are also bigger than they appear in the pictures with tons of storage and the beds are comfortable with big fluffy pillows (guests from the US will appreciate the top sheet on the beds, a rarity in Europe). The kitchen is bright and well equipped. The living and dining space has little natural light and is a little small but it's big enough to meet needs. You won't really spend much time there anyways as the neighborhood is so great. The staff are responsive and flexible and give you multiple ways to contact them if you need anything. A well deserved 5 stars. I highly recommend this apartment and would stay there again!

Our stay was better than expected. The location of the property was perfect as was the check-in.

We had a wonderful stay and would book here again. The location and helpfulness of the property managers were excellent. We were met at the airport by a driver then met at the property for a smooth check-in. The property managers were very helpful with directing us to key locations, i.e., best gelato, restaurants, sites to see., etc. There was a corner grocery near by which was nice and most everything was in walking distance. Our experience could not have been better!

Great apartment In great location

We loved the apartment and the location. The apartment had everything we could need. The folks were very helpful getting us situated. We would definitely stay here again. The only negative was the water pressure and consistent temperature in the showers. There are several stairs to get into the apartment so it isn’t good for people with issues with stairs and carrying luggage.

Modern apartment just steps away from the Vatican

This property worked well for our family of four. It is appointed with modern features and was comfortable. The property was just steps away from The Vatican and a short walk to places like Piazza Navona and Campo di Fiore. It was so centrally located that we never took a cab while here - we walked everywhere.

Great location, spotless & comfy!

The location is very close to the Tiber River, the Vatican is a 10 min walk across the bridge, plus everything is within easy walking distance. The bus station is across the street but we didn’t need it. Great place right downstairs for a cafe and sandwich on your way out for the day. We were 4 adults and both bathrooms and bedrooms were large and comfy. Common area great too! Our host Maria was wonderful explaining the apartment and reviewing the maps and sites in Rome. We left Rome with heavy hearts after 7 nights-we could have stayed longer. We all 4 highly recommend this beautiful apartment. It was very quiet too but in the middle of everything! This is the place to be!!!!

Great location. Well appointed. Friendly staff.

This property is very well located. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms are great. The apartment is clean on the inside. The coffee maker is great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The parking nearby is in a large modern secure and well lit underground lot. Some drawbacks: there are 30 steps to climb to get to the unit. The stair well is not clean. The living room and kitchen area is much smaller and darker than on photos. This is a great flat. Would not call it a luxury suite, however.

Fantastic apartment, excellent location, excellent host.

The property is brilliant. Everything you could need / want. Location wise, superb. Right outside is stop 2 of the hop on/off tour bus. Easy walks to most main attractions. We dealt with Maria when making the booking & throughout. Very very nice, nothing was too much trouble. Arranged airport transfers us & gave us plenty of good advice. Only point to note is there are almost 40 steps up to the apartment so caution advised if travelling with the elderly or infirm. Overall, highly recommend.

Great apartment near the Vatican. Close walk to all of Rome Sites

The apartment was just great. The place has two great bedrooms and bathrooms. The staff was very helpful arranging transport to and from the airport. Maria was super helpful and very knowledgeable. Location is very close to the Vatican, Campo de' Fiori and just a 5 min walk to Pantheon. I would recommend this as a easy place to stay.

Beautiful Apartment in a Great Location!

This was a beautiful apartment in the perfect location! The accommodations were amazing-- fully updated and clean. The neighborhood was filled with wonderful restaurants and close to all of the sights of interest. We walked everywhere. Maria was lovely and met us at check in and provided us with maps and lots of helpful information.

Clean, Modern and perfectly located apartment in Roma

We visited Rome this summer for 5 days and were very happy in this apartment. We were extremely well looked after by Pamela who met us and helped us with our bags. She took the time to explain and recommend things to do and eat in the city. Especially since there are so many tourist traps in Rome, it was nice to visit good, relatively local restaurants. The apartment is not in the most attractive street or entrance and it is quite busy but do not let that put you off. The windows are insulated well, the area is so convenient. It is a 10-15 walk to everywhere. We did not have to use taxis at all. The inside of the apartment is new, Modern, clean and very comfortable. Wifi worked great throughout the whole apartment, and it was equipped with everything you need. Lots of storage and space in the bedrooms and properly air conditioned for the hot summer months. The kitchen does not have a freezer, just a small fridge but we ate out most of the time so it was perfect. An added bonus was the espresso machine, which came with pods for our use. It was much more comfortable and better value that staying in a small hotel room. I would definitely recommend.

Perfection! Everything we could have wanted

This place is amazing! Perfectly located in town, all of the sights are well within walking distance which will save you a lot of cab fares throughout your stay. Additionally, the house manager Pamela was so incredibly helpful. I would strongly recommend this unit!

Outstanding Location and PERFECT Accomidations

Family of 4. Kids stayed upstairs, we stayed on first floor. Steep stairs not idea for small children. Our kids 12 & 17. Perfectly accommodated apartment with all the necessary comforts to feel at home. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds, very very quiet location between streets - backing up to a residential and extra quiet street. The kitchen had all the accommodation to cook daily. They pre shopped for us for only $25EU service fee and provided excellent food based on our request. If you love cheese -- order Swiss and mozzarella cheese -- outstanding!!! We are accustom to high quality hotels and the experience at the apartment topped that and more. The apartment was fully equipped with plenty of hangers, a washer, a drying rack and the windows open beautifully for fresh air if you elect, over the air conditioner which there are 3 units and work perfectly in the top heat of Roma. There is more than enough storage and closet space. Very comfortable and the apartment is designed to house all your clothes, drawers, luggage, shoes, etc. The apartment is walking distance from everything. 3 blocks from the Vatican and walking distance to all other major monuments 15-20 minutes, shopping and the best eating street in Roma only a few blocks away... Piazza Novona. Pamela, the property manager, was so accommodating, supportive and lovely -- she made the stay extra special. Always accessible and ready to manage any request. We stayed 5 days and could have spent another week In this location. It was truly spectacular, private, extremely comfortable and an absolutely perfect stay for our time in Roma. Would highly recommend this place to all our family and friends, whom are well traveled. Worth every penny - even during high season. Thank you Pamela for the warm welcome and even accommodating shipping our luggage home. Perfecto!! A first rate run accommodation and excellent place to call home.

Best place to stay in Rome!

We loved our 8 days in this apartment. It is beautiful, and the best location in Rome. You can walk to everything from here. It has markets for food shopping close by, and great restaurants to walk to. Is a 10min walk to the Vatican and Campo di Fiori. The staff who run the apartment also arrange tours and airport transfers. I never wanted to leave!

Amazing Rome Apartment

This apartment was incredible! The location could not have been better. You can walk to all the sites easily and the neighborhood restaurants are wonderful. The famous PierLuigi was just down the street. The apartment itself is luxurious. Both bedrooms have decadently comfortable queen size beds. Both bathrooms are very modern and have wonderful showers. The kitchen is small but has everything you need to cook a meal, enjoy an espresso and or glass of wine. The owners had pre-arranged espresso, a bottle of wine and some biscotti upon or arrival. My husband and 2 daughters were completely happy staying here and would recommend it to anyone!

Highly recommend this awesome luxury rental- excellent experience!

This indeed is a luxury suite! The accommodations are ultra clean, sleek and modern. We loved the proximity to the Vatican and other tourist highlights in Rome while feeling like you were a part of the local culture. Truly a great spot to come home to and relax and feel safe. We were greeted by Pamela who was extremely thorough and attentive and willing to help book personal guided tours, restaurant reservations, and a return ride to the airport. Excellent service! We could not have been happier with our choice and we would definitely return! Highly, highly recommend!
