Paola & Karin are both fantastic hosts. There communication is very good and their local knowledge is fantastic. The location cant be better if you like to stay in the very hart of Rome. We can absolutely recommend this 5-star apartment.

Property is in a great location right by the Spanish steps. It has everything you need and is a good size for a family of four. The property manager is very responsive to messages and her assistant was very helpful and welcoming on check in.

Fantastic 2 bedroom next to the Spanish Steps

We were so pleasantly surprised by the fantastic location of this special place! It was clean, beautiful and in the perfect location and the driver and assistant that worked with us were SO HELPFUL! We felt so lucky to have found Paola's place:)

This apartment is beautiful, literally on the Spanish Steps! It’s in a wonderful area within walking distance to many places. Paola, Karina & her drivers were all so kind & helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic place!

Can’t beat the location right off the Spanish Steps. Yet it was very quiet and we felt very safe. The apartment was spacious and just right for my daughter and me. Loved the little terrace and bench overlooking steps. And Paola the owner was extremely helpful

Great location above Spanish Steps! Wonderful restaurants, taxi location and shopping nearby. We brought our grandsons to Rome and the accommodations were great! Communication was prompt and Paola was helpful in providing information and answering questions. We had a great time and would stay there again!

Stay on the Spanish Steps

This apartment was very clean and right next to the Spanish Steps. The metro was just a couple blocks away which made traveling quite easy. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The apartment did come with lots of rules. For example, we were asked not to touch the walls or decorations. We were not allowed to roll the suitcases over the wooden floors and had to make sure we didn't get any of the floors wet. This was easy for us since we were all adults, but it might be harder for families with small children.

Everything about our stay was amazing. To be literally on the Spanish Steps was truly magical. Paola was there to greet us and make us feel at home. She was kind enough to arrange for a driver to take us to the airport and give us suggestions for dining. Definitely made for a most enjoyable and memorable vacation.

Excellent Location

I had an incredible stay at Paola’s place. The place was very clean, well-decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Paola was very accommodating and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location was fantastic, right next to Spanish Steps and close the Spagna Metro station. The place had very easy access to local attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful and hassle-free experience. Will definitely be back!

We had a great 3 night stay! Loved the people watching on the terrace. Overall, the apartment was very comfortable, clean and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy Rome. I would highly recommend this rental for a family in Rome.

This apartment is in one of the best locations if you are touring Rome. As others have stated, it is literally location on the edge of the Spanish Steps. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and appointed. Paola was amazing and very helpful, providing travel and local tourist information and recommendations prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Location Location!

My family LOVED staying here while in Roma! The apartment is literally next to the Spanish Steps yet also tucked away and quiet. The area is prime for shopping and has many lovely cafes and ristorantes in close walking distance. Karina was our host contact during our stay and she was lovely, giving us recommendations and even facilitating our airport transfer. We will definitely try to stay here when we get to return to Roma!
