Bright and cozy three-room apartment on the third floor in a strategic area of the city, well connected to the main tourist attractions. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, induction stove and oven. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 single bed.

The apartment is for non-smokers only and is equipped with wifi, television, washing machine, hairdryer, air conditioning, elevator, iron and ironing board, safe and courtesy set. The house is at your complete disposal and we have taken care of every detail to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you are staying for work or simply passing through to visit the city. Please take care of yourself!

We inform you that the Monti Apartments is located in a restricted traffic area (ZTL).
The ZTL is normally active from Monday to Friday from 6.30 to 18.00 and on Saturday from 14.00 to 18.00 (subject to change).
At the “entrance” of the ZTL there is an electronic sign that shows one of the 2 options: ACTIVE
ZTL = access by car is not allowed
ZTL NOT ACTIVE = access by car is allowed.
There is no need to worry about the ZTL if you are leaving the area.
