Bright and welcoming three-room apartment on the 4th floor in a strategic area of the city, well connected to the main tourist attractions. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, induction stove and oven. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed.

The apartment is for non-smokers only and is equipped with wifi, television, washing machine, hairdryer, air conditioning, elevator, iron and ironing board, safe and courtesy set. The house is at your complete disposal and we have taken care of every detail to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you are staying for work or simply passing through to visit the city. Please take care of yourself!

Guests have access to a private balcony.

The neighborhood offers a wide choice of cafés, restaurants and a supermarket around the corner.

The nearest bus stop is across the street.

The price includes only the final cleaning. Linen changes or extra cleaning may be requested from the staff at the property and require an extra payment.
We inform you that the Monti Apartments is located in a restricted traffic area (ZTL).
The ZTL is normally active from Monday to Friday from 6.30 to 18.00 and on Saturday from 14.00 to 18.00 (subject to change).
At the “entrance” of the ZTL there is an electronic sign that shows one of the 2 options: ACTIVE
ZTL = access by car is not allowed
ZTL NOT ACTIVE = access by car is allowed.
There is no need to worry about the ZTL if you are leaving the area.
