Nestled on the rooftop of a historic buiding in the heart of the Eternal City, this charming 60 square meters Penthouse features a cozy two-floor terrace overlooking a picturesque alley with colorful buildings.

At your disposal, two large bedrooms (one settled on a romantic mezzanine) and a nice living room featuring a unique 17th century wooden ceiling. A fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with shower will let you enjoy a truly pleasant stay.

Free Wi-Fi and A/C provided.

The apartment is located in the Rione Ponte, one of the oldest and most fascinating quarters of Rome's historical center. The area is full of traditional workshops, nice local-style restaurants and antiquity shops to pop in. Do not miss a stroll between Via dei Coronari and the beautiful Castel Sant'Angelo. Also the elegant Piazza Navona, Campo de' Fiori Market and other major landmarks (including the Vatican) can be easily reached on foot.

Great Location, Great Apartment

Truly accommodating host helped us with transfer transportation and check-in, we had a bit of a communication hiccup on our arrival time so we did stand out in front of the property for 30 minutes or so waiting for somebody to open it. After that, though, the stay was amazing. The apartment is just as advertised. And even comes with a smart TV that you can log into your Netflix account with something I found unique and have never found again! if you're traveling from the US please be advised. Over the course of several stays in various VRBO's in Italy does not standard for you to be provided with dish cloths for the kitchen or paper towels or washcloths for the shower. Just a heads up! Book this place, have a great time! It is so centrally located to almost everything in Rome. The neighborhood feels extremely safe. All the nearby cafés and restaurants were super accommodating. This was a great value for the money and an awesome apartment to stay at if I'm ever back in the city. I will look for this apartment again.

A l’avenir, je serai plus attentif aux annonces dont le nombre d’appréciations est aussi faible !

Dès notre arrivée, le professionnel chargé de notre accueil, nous a réclamé le paiement de la taxe de séjour ! Alors que le prix de cette location comprenait les nuitées, le ménage et « les taxes »! Il nous a été remis un reçu « non officiel » et « sans valeur administrative ». Pour le reste, conforme à l’annonce mis à part les odeurs d’égouts dans la salle de bains. Les photos font paraître l’appartement plus grand qu’il ne l’est réellement. En conclusion , nous sommes de grands voyageurs et c’est la première fois que je rédige une appréciation négative !

Fantastic location. Funky but fun apartment. Disorganized but pleasant host.

Absolutely fantastic location in vibrant neighborhood, close enough but just far enough away from Piazza Navona to avoid some of the crowd but get the best of the experience. Apartment is a funky and fun design with great terrace and fun loft bed, but full of lots of detail that hasn't worn particularly well with use as a rental. The good news is that the apartment has lots of personality, even if a bit ragged. We were there in the heat of the summer (mid 90's everyday) and the small air conditioner (like most in Europe) was not up for the job so the apartment never got below 84 degrees. We ended up buying a couple of fans to help us sleep which made a big difference. Despite these small problems, the apartment was good overall. My only material complaint is about the host's lack of communication. It all worked out in the end but the lack of upfront communication and then slow responses to direct inquiries caused us to be worried until as late as the day before we arrived that we actually had a confirmed reservation and a means to access the apartment. The host communicates by text or WhatsApp but don't expect quick responses and don't hesitate to follow up with phone calls to get his attention.

Sehr komfortable zentral gelegene Wohnung

Die sehr schön eingerichtete in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegene Wohnung liegt unweit des Tibers, wo auf der anderen Seite des Flusses die Engelsburg und der Vatikan fußläufig zu erreichen sind. In der Umgebung finden sich zahlreiche gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Für einen Besuch in der Ewigen Stadt nur zu empfehlen.

Beautiful property located perfectly for visitation, and within walking distance, of ALL the sights. Interior of the house was like visiting a spa. Tastefully decorated and made great use of all available space. Restaurants were close and offered many varieties of food options. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
