Comfortable and characteristic 80sqm apartment (on two levels) that can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the first floor, without elevator, of a building a few steps away from Piazza Navona, the apartment is best solution to visit the main points of interest comfortably on foot and by public transportation.

The property is located within the City Center Restricted Traffic Area, you can park, for a fee, at Via Giulia Parking, 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

The inside is organized on two levels

First level:

-LIVING AREA: sofa bed (1.40m X 1.90m), split A/C, dining table, smart TV

-KITCHEN: 4-burner hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and moka.

-BATHROOM: washing machine, shower, sink, bidet and toilet

Second level:

-SLEEPING AREA: double bed (1.60m X 1.90m), smart TV, small table with 2 chairs and armchair

-BATHROOM: Jacuzzi, sink, bidet and toilet

OTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, air conditioning, independent heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer

PLEASE NOTE: if you're traveling with children, please pay attention to the stairs. Children under 12 are not allowed to stay

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Rome, about 50 meters from Piazza Navona, in an area characterized by all the main services. Walking through the typical Roman streets, it will be possible to discover the many historical attractions of the city, including the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and the Lungotevere. Roma Termini station, the main hub for surface and underground services, can be reached by public transport in about 25 minutes.

Among the main points of interest, it is worth mentioning:

- Piazza Navona: 1 minutes on foot;

- Pantheon: 8 minutes on foot;

- Castel Sant’Angelo: 8 minutes on foot;

- Trevi Fountain: 15 minutes on foot;

- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the Terravision bus service to Rome Termini station, from here it is possible to reach the apartment by bus 40 to Chiesa Nuova stop, 5 minutes on foot from the apartment.

- From Rome Termini Station it is possible to reach the apartment by bus 40 to Chiesa Nuova stop, 5 minutes on foot from the apartment.

- If you're travelling by car, the property is located within the City Center Restricted Traffic Area, you can park, for a fee, at Via Giulia Parking, 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

It is mandatory to show the IDs of all the guests upon check-in as per Italian Law.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:

- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;

- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;

All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

City tax must be payed cash upon arrival: 3,5€/guest per night of stay

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.

Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance)
