Quiet and classic on two floors, by Trevi Fountain

This prestigious apartment is located on the 4th floor of an elevator-equipped building and it's spread over two floors, so keep this in mind as you make arrangements for travelers having mobility issues.

Downstairs by the entrance door, with plenty of closet space everywhere you look, is a fully equipped kitchen with a large living room (+ dining table) and two bedrooms, one of which features a walk-in closet and a small ensuite bathroom (complete with a washing machine). A second bathroom has a bathtub which doubles as a shower.

Wooden floors and wooden beams on the ceiling are a call back to the long history of this area of the city, while the decor is in a classic Italian style, featuring precious rugs and antique furnishings.

Upstairs is a third, smaller, bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom with a shower: a perfect solution for a teenager or an extra guest wanting to maintain their own privacy.

Please note that is an actual apartment, which has been rented out long term for a number of years until recently: therefore the kitchen is complete with all appliances and utensils & the living room.

In spite of its extremely central location, Via del Mortaro is an incredibly quiet apartment, as it overlooks an inner court.

A daily cleaning service can be arranged upon request.

For stays of over 4 night, a cleaning service with linen change included can also be arranged.

All rooms feature A/C units and a Wi-Fi connection is provided free of charge to all guests.

-Check-in-

Standard check-in: 15:00-21:00. (3pm to 9pm) Check-ins after 21:00 (9.00 pm) can be arranged for an additional cost of €50, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Check-out: by 11:00.

Flexibility for check-in and check-out times is available, subject to apartment availability and cleaning requirements.

An extra fee of €35 will be applied for check-ins on the following dates: December 25, January 1, and Easter Sunday.

At check-in, guests must provide identification documents for all individuals staying in the apartment and sign the rental agreement.

-General Rules-

The following are not allowed in this apartment:

- Organizing parties

- Smoking

- Bringing pets

- Making noise during rest hours (22:30 to 09:00 - 10.30 pm to 9.00 am)

For children under 3 years old, a travel crib can be provided upon request in advance at a cost of €50 per stay.

-Heating-

During the winter, heating will be operated according to the regulations set by the Municipality of Rome. The allowed maximum hours and temperature limits, as stipulated by local and national regulations, will be observed. Guests are not permitted to modify or increase the temperature settings, as the thermostat will be pre-set.

-Electricity Usage-

Electricity consumption is included in the rental price. Guests are required to adhere to usage guidelines for all electrical appliances in the apartment. Specifically, guests must turn off all lights and air conditioning when they are not at home.
